There is young girl named joy who was very rude to me she. The rest of the people who work here are wonderful. But if joy is making your drink it probably won’t taste very good.

The Starbucks needs some help. I had to go to this one recently to meet a friend and the service was really bad, they were not very friendly, and the Internet was down. I do not know what their policy is, but when the Internet is down they need to have a sign on the door. I was meeting a friend there. To work on a project and sat down and got out my laptop ordered a drink came back to the table, try to log on to the Internet several times and finally I went up and asked them if there was something wrong with that and they said it had been down all day. I learned my lesson from now on anytime I go there to do work, or to any Starbucks I will make sure to ask if the Internet is up.

The Starbucks location really down graded really badly. Staff is very slow not very welcome you’ll have to wait 5 minutes for a drink not very welcoming at all.

I used to like this Starbucks very much, but it was recently remodeled and now it is very cold and uninviting. They removed all of the comfy chairs and couches so that now it looks like a hospital cafeteria. My suggestion would be to only use the drive-through at this location, and don’t go inside the store.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been here many times as you can basically walk there from my home. The drive through takes about 5min a car and I am not over estimating I have times this. I get asked to repeat my order daily because they erase it or just forget. I will now go to the Starbucks down the street.

I asked to have my coffee in two mugs; my wife’s and mine. There was only one mug available and no customers inside except us!!! What kind of a coffee shop that has only one mug in the store! Also the tables and floors were dirty. We actually had to clean our own table. That was at 2:00 pm with literally no one in the store. Come on guys, this is supposed to be best coffee in town. show it.

I kind of like this Starbucks. It has a kind of cozy feeling to it. Everything seems to be in the right place. It’s not that big. The outdoor seating area is about the same size as indoor. Parking is just about right. The drive-thru seems to be working ok. Same Starbucks fare.

The SLOWEST drive thru. Out if all the Starbucks I have went to this is the slowest one and its every time. Last time I went(middle of a Sunday afternoon) it took 10 min! Don’t get me wrong, the people there are always really nice and always get my order correct. What I don’t get is why it’s like this every single time. Like they only put the ‘B team’ on staff at this location.

There’s something about a starbucks outside of NYC. I sat by the window with my Egg Nog Latte, while all the southerners who walked by greeted me with a lovely southern accent. Love that good old southern hospitality!

Well, it is Starbucks, which I’m not a big fan of to begin with. i needed to kill an hour and so I went in. Service was quick(black coffee ain’t that difficult to prepare…), but not overly friendly. Smile people!!! It is amazing what a smile will do for everyone’s attitude. And like I said, I’m not a Starbucks guy, so I ordered a large. it really confused the poor guy, but he finally figured out what that equated to in his language. that alone, was worth the trip!

Great location at the intersection of Woodstock /Hwy92 and King Road. Staff here is always friendly and drinks are always quality. Drive thru always humming. Location is a bit small but my only real gripe is with the parking: not many spots at this location due to adjacent businesses, entrance ramps, and bank next door.

The coffee is Starbucks and so is everything else, meaning, a decent coffee experience… But at this location I had great service once, and since then it’s been as if I am interfering with the staff’s busy social lives. I only go here when I have to.

Its as good as any other Starbucks out there. The only issue is that this one is in an odd spot to get to or get out of depending on which way your traveling off the main road.

Yeah, it’s a Starbucks, but I had a gift card and a twelve page paper to write, and as Starbucks go, this one is pretty nice. It’s small, with only a half dozen tables and two comfy chairs inside, but a generous patio and an often slammed drive-thru. The drinks and food are your typical offerings, but the employees here are STELLAR. Despite the three high schools in less than a mile radius, this Starbucks seems to employ an older-than-typical barista(unofficial average age estimated at 50). And these baristas are incredibly nice and attentive. Not only do they make some pretty good coffee, they draw smiley faces on your cup and seem genuinely interested in hearing how you’re doing. The excellent customer service would usually bump a chain up to a four star, but this location has some temperature control issues. Maybe due to the floor to ceiling windows on three sides, but it was absolutely frigid, so much so that all of us patrons kept on our winter coats. But maybe this is just a tactic to get us to order more coffee? Investigation to follow.
