I’ve been disappointed twice – on my only two visits! I live less than a mile away and could walk here, but unfortunately do not want to want to go again. On my first visit their toppings were not appetizing and most of the fruit(my favorite topping!) was nearly empty. Bummer, but I still enjoyed what I got. On my second visit the employee was OUTSIDE! He walked in after me, never greeted me, and went to the back room to finish his personal phone call. I could hear it all. I thought he was another customer at first since he was OUTSIDE standing a few shops down when I walked in. He never acknowledged me after his phone call. He sat down at the front computer and was on facebook. On top of that – he had headphones in! Like another reviewer said, I was barely acknowledged throughout the transaction. A mumble, no receipt. I left utterly shocked at the service I received.

Was not open in the afternoon in the summer. There was someone there just had closed it so no one could go in.

Just went out of my way to go there at 2:30 in the afternoon. Sign in door says be back in one hour. Don’t know when that was even written! How can a business do this??? Won’t go back!

Terrible yogurt joint. The flavors were decent but the FEW toppings they had were stale and looked as if they’d been sitting out for days… The floor of this place was ridiculously sticky and they had no waters or cold drinks for customers to have with their yogurts. I will definitely go to menchies or pinkberry next time.

I was very disappointed with this Froyo restaurant. At 7:00pm, on Sunday, we went here after dinner and there was a blinking sign that said«Open», but the front door was locked. We couldn’t understand why it would be closed since the sign on the door said they were open Sundays from 11:30am-10pm. Then we noticed a white piece of paper attached to the door, with sloppy handwriting, that said«We will be back at 7:45pm». Why would a company leave for almost an hour on the weekend after dinnertime? Not sure I’d go back because they may be randomly closed again.

Low quality frozen yogurt, the flavors were way to artificial for my liking, you can’t get a better bang for your buck at pink berry. The toppings were also going a bit old because it was slow

An entirely acceptable yogurt place. Nothing special. Nothing awful.

Really disappointing and a bit gross. This was my first time here and I don’t plan on returning. The yogurt flavors are ok but there were fruit flies covering the fruit. Not a couple but many many fruit flies sitting on all the fruit. When I ask the person at the register he said it’s been that way for over a week! Froyo wo fruit topping is just kinda sad.

Cheapest yogurt I’ve ever had. Took one bite and threw it away. Such a waste of money. their frozen yogurt has high fructose corn syrup listed as like the second ingredient. not good…

We ended up at Sputnik’s this week since our #1 choice(FroZyogo) and #2 choice(Yogurt Creation) are now closed. The 3rd star feels generous. This is a typical yogurt shop. The yogurt is good and they had both Pumpkin Spice AND Banana(my personal faves). They have a variety of topping options. The prices are a little high. I left my visit with a question: when is it appropriate to share with staff your basic expectations as a customer? The service we received during our visit this week was sub-par at best. We walked out, looked at each other and both said: WTF?!? We were so appalled that we talked about it the whole way home. My expectations of staff in a yogurt shop are these: to be greeted when I enter the store, to be engaged with when I’m checking out(eye contact?), and perhaps to be offered a receipt. Instead, the staff when we entered gave us barely a head nod. He had headphones in the entire time(did not take them out even once while we were there) and was playing on Facebook on a large computer screen in front of him. Ok, whatever. I’m sure he was bored, business was slow. But, when we went to check out, he did not even look at me. He mumbled something about how much it was, ran my card and handed it back. Ok — Hello? Thanks? Are we done here? Have a nice night? Come back and see us? We’re looking for other yogurt shops in the area.

I gave this place three stars because I bought five groupons for myself and my children. When I finally come here, there is a sign on the door to use only one groupon per visit not per person. This is unfortunate because of what I expected. I was very disappointed. This is out of my norm to try a yogurt shop and to be duped like this. Never again.

Excellent flavors and such a nice owner! We wanted frozen yogurt on a cold day and she happened to be there… I think she opened especially for us :)
