We picked up a movie down the street and wanted Chinese food. Tried the Lotus Café based upon the location. We will be going back. Probably for take out only, but the food was very good. Family owned, and very nice people. Please check it out and support them. You will be glad you did. We are. We had the Mongolian Beef and Almond Chicken. Both were excellent as well as the soup and Egg Rolls.

Horrible. I have tried them twice now and both times the food was bad. I thought the first time might have been a fluke but both times the food was bad. I would not recommend this place at all.

This place… Oh dear. The vegetable soup I got was so so so bitter, and the won tons that came with it were burnt to a crisp. So okay, mistakes happen, but when we called them to let the manager know the kitchen is sending out inedible food and the girl who picked up the phone kept insisting that and was alone in the store and no manager was available and was just arguing with us for like fifteen minutes and then finally put someone else on the phone and he kept insisting that my boyfriend simply didn’t like the taste of tofu. And it was just so rude and then when he called grubhub to complain, the restaurant told them to tell us to bring the food back, even though it was delivery and we can’t take it back because we’re without a car. This has been a nightmare and a waste of $ 30.

I ordered Lemon Pepper wings and got regular wings. When I called back she tried to «say that they were in fact lemon pepper wings. This was my second order. My first was delivered incorrectly, which they did rectify but I’m tired of having issues. Heed my warning. Do not order from Lotus Café.

We’ve been ordering from Lotus Café for @ 6−8mths now, and have been very satisfied. Sometimes the broccoli or other veggies are soggy. But the food, in general is quite good! Speedy delivery and reasonable prices.

Wanted Chinese and just pulled into the first place we saw after a full day of shopping. Menu states «New Owner», so maybe that explains my experience?
Would have been delighted with simply run of the mill food, but found a delightful treasure in Lotus Café’s spicy «shredded pork w. garlic sauce» combo special.
Looks like they are geared more for takeout, so I definitely wouldn’t bring a 1st date… but I will be going back for the shredded pork!
