Rosie Nails

Been coming here for years. I usually just walk in and have anyone do my nails but I don’t always like them, I’d rather have John do them as he does a wonderful job. Today I was really looking forward to getting them done good so I called to see John at 6. They said okay. I get there at 6 and John already has a client he’s just about to start. Didn’t really feel like waiting for an hour so I just walked out. Super disappointed.

I come here every 3 weeks it’s amazing! They never hurt my nails. I always leave extremely happy!

Beautiful nails. TERRIBLE customer service. The nail tech didn’t say more than 5 worlds to me and the whole staff was talking to each other loudly the whole time. Very unpleasant.

I’ve been here several times because I live nearby. I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt several times. However, I will NEVER be coming back to this nail shop EVER again!
I came in a few weeks ago on a Friday, it was late afternoon around 4:30 so it wasn’t busy at all and wanted a pedicure only, I didn’t need a mani just the pedi. Well, that’s where is went downhill… I kept getting pressured to get the mani and pedi and finally had to let them know «I’m sorry I’m on a budget and can’t afford it» the lady looked at me and apologized.
So, I appreciated that, she ran the water and did her thing and noticed when she was done with giving me the scrub on my legs that she was RISING MY LEGS OFF WITH THE OLD WATER USED TO CLEAN MY TOOTIES!!! I was completely grossed out and asked her very politely if she would rinse my legs with the little pull out shower head that these chairs come with and gave me a dirty look.
I didn’t say anything and thought maybe she’s having a bad day… she polished me up and I went to sit in the UV light area to dry my tootsies off when I banged my toe on the side of the chair ruining my polish.
Let’s just say that she wasn’t very happy about that and pulled my foot fixed it and threw my foot on the floor. I have to say it was the most stressful time at a nail shop ever and I will never be returning… I really wanted this to be my nail shop because it’s reasonable in price and really, really, really close to my house but it was an epic fail, sorry Rosie Nails you get a FAT FAIL!!!

I love this nail shop! I have been coming here for almost 10 years. All the staff are great & everyone does good nails so you don’t have to ask for one person!

I Love this place! All of the staff are very pleasant and nice. I prefer «John» to do my nails he does FABULOUS work. John used to work at The Nail Shop by South Dekalb Mall and I am so glad that he moved to my side of town

I had the basic Mani/​Pedi here and it was okay. The staff seemed friendly enough, but the mani/​pedi wasn’t the best I had ever had. I personally hate when a man is doing my nails (sorry I am not sexist… it just weirds me out!), and I also hate it when they do it standing up while you are getting your pedi– You can’t relax as much as you should be able to and you have to keep alert to what they want you to do with both your hands and feet… come on, I just want to relax!
They had a decent selection of polishes, and the cost was average, but I just didn’t like the overall experience.
