A Touch of Class offered the professional service that I was looking for. I brought my wedding dress in to get pressed and I didn’t want to trust my wedding dress to just anyone. It became apparent very quickly that I had made the right choice. They were friendly, offered advice, were cost efficient, and pressed my dress in a timely manner. I could tell right away that they were very experienced in handling wedding dresses. While my dress was simple, it meant a lot to me that it was handled appropriately — they did so and more. I felt that they really cared. I would highly recommend A Touch of Class for any dry cleaning services, but most especially if you need any services related to your wedding attire.

I’m lucky enough to enjoy access to a larger corporate account with Touch of Class — and they’re wonderful! I chiefly use wash and fold, and everything is timely, clean, and very fairly priced. I’ll be using them as long as I can.

Touch of Class saved my clutsy behind from a holiday fashion faux pas. After spilling red wine on the cashmere sweater dress I had planned to wear to my fiancé’s family holiday party, I was feeling hopeless. Luckily, a friendly valet picked up my soiled outfit, «green» dry cleaned it and returned it before the event. The stain had disappeared and it didn’t smell like nasty chemicals. Touch of Class saved me in a pinch and earned my business for life!

Pleasant and skillfull. The service was courteous and exactly what I sought a taylor/​sewing service for. I brought 9 collard shirts in that fit correctly except the bottom length. too long to wear casually. The woman providing the sewing and alteration is a gem, they came back to me perfect, not to mention the grandson of the original owner, (store now being managed by his daughter), leaving his toys out for share. My five year old son found entertainment waiting for him when we walked in. They have my business, thank you.

Extremely friendly, professional service and exceptional quality! I took my wedding dress here to get dry cleaned and steamed and was extremely happy with both the results and the expedited service. If you’re in a hurry like I was, it’s easier to drop it off at their factory in San Rafael vs. Ross. I was impressed that they took such good care of me, and my beloved wedding dress, and also called me when it was ready and followed up with me after to thank me for my business! My dress was a floor sample gown, so it had some dirt marks on the train and the zipper where people had tried it on, but those stains were all successfully removed. When I picked up my dress, it was nicely packaged in a long blue plastic dry cleaning bag and the sweetheart neckline was perfectly steamed and had a cardboard thing hanging in the bodice of the dress to hold its shape. I couldn’t be happier and I’m especially grateful to Alvin who is a partner at this family owned business, and his sister, who both showed excellent and professional customer service from end to end. Can’t beat the price too in all of Marin and bay area for that matter! Thank you, Touch of Class!
