Ask for Grant. He is by far the best kiosk person. He takes his time and does the job right. I guarantee you will not have bubbles or dust under the screen protector if he does the job.

Zagg Roseville Center will not honor corporate 30 day«no questions asked» return policy. According to Meagan, kiosk manager, she said, «they never honored and never would honor the policy stated on Zagg website re money back guarantee». Below copied from Zagg website. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on products purchased directly from or any authorized ZAGG-branded Retail Outlet. The product must be returned to the original place of purchase and you must provide proof of purchase. You have the option to replace the product at no charge, exchange the product with a product that is of equal value or refund the purchase price of the product. The protective film for the 38 mm Apple Watch was installed by Rosedale Zagg kiosk. The bubbles never disappeared as promised by installer. Buyer beware of very poor customer service.

Well, I am sad to say that I have had yet another bad experience with this ZAGG InvisibleSHIELD Kiosk at Rosedale. After getting a nice response from Ethan, I thought it must just have been the day and perhaps the person I ran into. So — when my screen again began peeling up at the corner, I brought myself back to the mall on the Monday following Easter. It was very quiet at the mall, so I had hopes that I could get in and get out quickly with the new screen attached and a happy attitude. Unfortunately, when I got there, the woman at the kiosk took one look at my peeling screen protector and told me that they are discontinuing the original screen protector(which I am SURE that I had upgraded sometime over the past 6 – 8 years of using ZAGG protectors from this kiosk, but that is another story) so that I would HAVE to upgrade to the HD protector — oh, and then told me that they were out of the HD protectors until Friday(remember, today is Monday… WTH??). She offered a quick sorry and that I could order online and turned away to go back to the other woman in the kiosk. I am SO disappointed right now in the Rosedale Kiosk for ZAGG. I am going to start checking out the other malls to see if anyone else carries the screen protector that I need — but more — that has the kind of customer service that I had come to expect from this Kiosk.

I visited the kiosk because I had already done my shopping online and decided on the $ 35 Glass screen cover for my new iPhone 6S. Rather than order it online and wait for it, I figured I’d drop by this place that’s just a few minutes from my house. BUT – they charge $ 55 for a $ 35 screen cover, but don’t tell you throat before you get there. No choice of whether you want it installed. They just charge $ 20 extra and don’t care if you just want the shield to install yourself. Boo.

I had the best experience just a few days ago. I was stupid and left my phone on the open tailgate of my friends SUV. When he went to shut it. **CRUNCH** my beautiful iPhone 6 had a cracked screen… or did it? It was only the ZAGG InvisibleShield! It took the full brunt of the force and saved the screen! So, I got on ZAGG’s website and ordered a replacement. On accident I ordered 2 replacements instead of just the one. You know what ZAGG did? They said they couldn’t stop both replacements from shipping out because of their awesome turnaround time. But, they LETMEKEEPBOTHREPLACEMENTSCREENS! I’m blown away. I messed up and they let me keep a replacement at no cost?! Unbelievable that in this world of money grubbing, ZAGG stepped up and not only resolved my problem, but went WAY above and beyond my expectations. Rock star service ZAGG! You’ve got a happy customer whose going to brag you up every chance I get!

Do NOT use this kiosk! I bought my glass iPhone screen protector from here and when I needed a replacement, they were always«out of stock». The final time I went there I asked if they had any to put on my new phone, they said«yes» and when I pulled out my broken one they refused to replace. Dishonest, shifty and bad for Rosedale mall. The salesmen are rude and the neck tattoos say it all about their prior lives. This kiosk gives a good product a bad name. Fool me once…

I have been using ZAGG products on my phones for over a decade. I am absolutely satisfied with everything I have ever used and always get a discount when I have them put a new screen on for me. I have had zero issues with the salesmen at this location but I only see them every two years when I get a new phone. For this visit, I had them put a front and back cover on my new phone and upgrade the cover on my old phone that I am handing down to our kid. I was completely pleased with the service I received and will visit them again when it comes time for a new application.

The salesmen was rude. Questioned the phone I bought and asked why I didn’t get another brand of phone of the fruit variety. I would give zero stars if I could. Salesmen was a complete douche canoe. He commonly wears a purple/pink shirt. Avoid this salesmen at all cost.
