We have been having some billing issues for a while and tried to contact AT&T many time via chat, email, phone, and even visit the store at MOA who said there was nothing they could do and online people were the only ones who could help. The online people didn’t understand what was going on when we tried talking to them multiple times. We though we had made an appointment but I guess the MOA manager never called like he said he was going to, so we had to wait half an hour. We were paired with Rob who listened to our situation and helped us figure out options to remedy the huge miscommunications we had experiences through all the customer support channels we had tried. With the help of Moh, they were very kind and were able to remedy our situation and apologized for all the miscommunications even though they weren’t really involved with them it was refreshing after we had been told time and time again that there was nothing that could be done. Even after the wait which was because of a failed communication, I am so happy to say all of our issues were resolved and we are once again happy AT&T customers. I would gladly recommend Rob, or the store manager Moh to help with anything you are having a problem with. They even went through and talked with chat for us while we were there even though the MOA store said that was something they couldn’t do. Definitely recommend this store over all other AT&T stores as it was top rate customer service we had received. Thank you so much for all your help!
