Third time coming this month and all three visits I had cold fries. It’s ridiculous… I work at a fast food restaurant myself and it only takes 2:30 sec. to cook fresh hot fries. I always have to check my order in the parking lot to make sure things aren’t missing anymore too.

If you wanna screw up the staff, order an egg and cheese biscuit. I’ve given this place 3 tries and they continue to screw up in spectacular fashion. Not so sure what’s so difficult about slapping an egg and some cheese on a biscuit, but it clearly eludes this staff. They aren’t particularly friendly either. The staff made it seem like it was my fault for placing the order in the first place. These are the people that want $ 15/hr? No thanks. I would much rather deal with a computer monitor and punch the order myself.

Service varies depending on the time of day, and also if you do drive-thru (worse) or dine in (better). Staff is not very friendly, feels like they just want you out of there. Do NOT ask for extra sauces!!! Even if you are buying 6 meals at one time, they will count the ketchup packets! Ridiculous, I choose to go else where just for the service. Food quality is good, the only reason I gave 2 stars. This place could definitely benefit from some customer service training.
