If you need a hairstylist Go to Simon and you wont regret! Also, he only charges $ 10! What a steal!

I’m a mom and don’t know much about a men’s/boys haircut but I bring my son here when he needs one. I’m happy with their haircuts and work. I usually walk out payin $ 8 plus tip. Only down side they’re all serious and don’t speak much English but the guy who has the chair in the front left with the tattoos. All in all my Son likes his haircuts and he’s 7 so his opinion is what counts cause he likes to be cool like all the kids his age

As an Asian male, I once believed that getting hair cuts from friends was the best way to get it done, since it was free and all I needed is a buzz/faded cut. Boy was I wrong. Nowadays, I am a regular at Victor’s for over 9 years and I been getting some great and confident cuts from Simon. It’s $ 10 plus how ever much you want to tip. TIP: If you plan on being a regular with ANY barber, do tip well to start a great relationship with your barber for them to better understand your head and needs. Now for the hair cuts, there are 3 barbers with their own unique personality and ways of cutting hair: — Simon — I always go to him. He’s the dude by the entrance and the popular choice among the customers. He’s the go to for buzzes and fades. He’s always wanting to try something new with your hair too. If you trust him, let him as that’s where his best work comes from in my opinion. I may be bias because he’s been cutting my hair for about 9 years now. So he knows my head pretty well to where I’m basically his guinea pig for him to try new hair styles on. He applies the latest trends that fits my big head pretty well. My girlfriend approves of my hair cut when she sees me, so that’s 5-stars to me. — Andy — He’s the bowler with the station by the TV. I never gotten a hair cut from him because he seems to be appointment based. He does take his time and care when he cuts. He’s very focus. He’s probably the most trained stylist there from my observation. — Victor — I assumes he owns the place. He cuts for the older crowd and their kids. His style and techniques are a bit dated, so expect very high fades from him because that is what happened to me once when Simon was out of town. He’s a character though. Goofy at times and tries to make you feel welcome. Good for kids. On a hot sunny day, he would randomly spray you with his water bottle so watch out! It’s kind of awkward, but a nice gesture i guess…

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years. I only get my hair cut by Simon — he has a lot of experience cutting young asian men’s hair. He can do the typical cuts, but if you want something more intricate then I’d say you’d have to take your chances. Just like anywhere you go, you can’t expect them to make your hair exactly like a picture or if you’re explaining it, exactly what you’re envisioning. He’s not a prophet, so he can only cut if based on how you describe it. If it’s a picture, he’ll do his best but there are many factors to take into account(type of hair, quality, head shape, etc.) Basically for $ 10, Simon does a great job. Very down to earth and honest guy. I see some people who are very particular about their hair and ask a lot when they’re there, but Simon is usually very patient. Just remember, it’s just $ 10, you’re not a model, and your hair will grow back in a couple weeks.

Worst hair cut ever!!! Do not recommend this place, asked for a taper and got a fade. Seriously how do you mess that up?!

Been going to this barbershop ever since I was in middle school. Time has flown by really fast. The parking here is limited so parking on the street is a must. I have gone through many haircuts here and the barbers really do a very good job in trying to make you you awesome. If you need a hair cut, Andy is your man. Every tiime I need a haircut, I usually call in to make an appointment with him. He’s usually busy so book ahead of time. He’s very articulate about way to cut your hair to make it look nice. I don’t mind him taking a long time. Just means that he cares for his customers. Haircuts here are $ 10… but not including tip.

Seemed like a nice enough place, but the barber just kind of kept saying«yea» a bunch of times every time I said anything. Kept leaving it kind of long, and eventually I asked him to cut it like someone else, but NOT to give me a buzz. He says yes and busts out the buzzer with the largest clip and goes at it. If you’re okay with him determining your cut, just let him do it. He does a decent job cutting, but I would have appreciated it if he took the time to actually understand what I wanted.

I just moved to the area and needed to find the best barber. I have. Luis is an artist. He takes in to account the individual that is sitting in his chair. He reacts to the specific head shape and hair type of his customer. His main focus is on the quality of each finished product, not on churning through as many heads as possible. I went there because of some of the other posts on Unilocal,I will return in order to look this good again.(ask for the fade)

edit: absolutely horrible i agree with the person below, he jokes around a lot and it gets to a point of being excessive and annoying. I was also passed on by for a regular customer, despite the fact that I waited 40 minutes. there’s 2 Chairs, 1 by victor and the other by Simon. When Simon was done with his customer, i got up to get a haircut by Simon, but victor let a regular get Simon who had just walked in as i got up. that really made me mad and irritated and i was about to get up and leave when victor tells me he was almost done. When it was finally my turn, i got victor and i have to he is the worst barber i have ever had in my whole life. even worse than my dad, and we all know how bad our dad’s cut hair. Hes lazy and rushes hair cuts and he doesn’t even have good sense of what looks good for certain heads. I told him what i wanted, short on the sides, about a 6 on the top and a lil bit long in the front. that seems pretty easy and straight forward right? this guy ends up giving me a flat like a marine! Not only that, i have a round head so i looked like a melon with a flattop! Oh and it gets worse, you actually can see the buzz lines and he did a horrible job on the fade. AND since he was so lazy to check for even hair and uncut hairs i had a single strands of hair all over my head, so if you don’t get what i am saying, a 6 on top with single strands uncut tens all over. A 10 minute 10 $ haircut with victor, was it worth it? lets just say ive been wearing a beanie in 90 degree weather at home and out since than. Oh and when my brother saw me he LOL’ed and than when i looked in the mirror at my haircut i lol’ed too at how horrible victor was. I’m not one to complain but this was absolutely horrible. victor if you read this, go back to barber school.

I have been going to Victors for my haircuts ever since high school. Victor plays around with you when hes cutting your hair as well as put on videos or make jokes to make you feel more comfortable. He has a great personality. However, i normally prefer to get my hair cut from Simon. He always has something to talk about. At first he looks gangster with tattoos and stuff, but after you talk to him hes down to earth. Talks about his kids and cracks jokes, etc. He seemed to be the more popular barber with the younger 20 – 30 year-old crowd as well. Andy takes his time and is very careful, but the majority of the time he deals with older clientele. The price is average at about $ 10 a cut + tip as opposed to the old rate of $ 5 for the side alone or $ 8 for the whole head. Overall this is my favorite place to get my haircut
