QUICKTURNAROUND This place is not my typical dry cleaning spot but it opens at 7:30am and the earliest a dry cleaning place opens in Culver City. I had to find a place that opens early so I could drop my articles of clothing before work, have a quick turn around, and can pick it up after work. When I dropped my items off I had address how important it is to have it done by Saturday as I will be leaving for a week on a business trip. He said I could pick them up next day before closing(dropped off Thursday and pick up Friday). My clothes are freshly cleaned and nicely pressed. Thank you for the excellent service.

FAIL. Receipt says pick up after 5pm on SAT meaning Saturday. Go there and they’re closed. Their hours close at 3pm on Saturdays. Fix the receipt to avoid wasting time.

I’ve been getting my clothes dry cleaned here for the past 2 years and they seem to do a good job. If there’s a spot that’s dirty, just let the guy know and he’ll mark it for special care. Prices are reasonable and clothes are ready in 2 days.

–Negative star I left them 3 pieces of clothes for Express dried cleaning, the guy told me they will be ready the next day. I called ahead and found out 1 piece is not ready due to a stain on the cloth… OK…I went and pick up the 2 pieces that are ready… Guess what i found, I guess they never dry clean the clothes that I picked up! I ended up hand washed my clothes and blow dry them over the night because I needed them for work! This is my first time doing business with them, and I will call it the last… Hope my cloth still exists in there… I don’t want to loss my jacket!

Very good deal for this recession time. We do whatever we can to stretch the value of our money. $ 12 for TWO sets of suits! Where else you can find this kind of bargain? I drive 15 min. just to get the deal. The shop is owned and managed by some old folks, and sometime they get forgetful and slightly confused… therefore you shouldn’t expect a first class service all the time. Their employees have been working with them for over 10 years. Two months ago they lost my wife’s coat belt and I wasn’t happy about that, however the old lady told me to be patient and give her sometime. Four days later they found it and she contacted me. I’ve been using their service for the last six years and never had other problem except this one. Only once I used another shop next to my office and paid $ 14 for a jacket and totally regretted. If you want a first class service and are willing to pay $ 5 – 7 for a tie this place definitely is not for you.

If there was an option for no stars I would have marked that, but instead I HAVE to get them the benefit of having at least one. You can’t hold anyone accountable for the clothes you dropped off, if they lose it its your fault, they don’t help compensate for anything. WTF am I going to do with a $ 10 discount on a $ 100 sweater I PAIDFOR? They don’t take responsibility for damages. DON’T SETTLEFORLESS you will get less if you keep coming here.

I have been searching for a good place for years and finally found a place I am happy with! Yay!!! It’s not easy to find a place that has great service, doesn’t damage your clothes and the price is reasonable.

If you care ANYTHING about your clothes, DONOTEVER take your dry cleaning here! If there were negative stars, I’d give them –5 stars. I sent in a total of 3 dress shirts for simple laundry and press, 2 are now PERMANENTLYRUINED. but hey, 1 out of 3 ain’t bad. oh wait… On my Express 1MX dress shirt, their cleaning process stripped the original threads on all the buttons and their pressing process was so hot that now along all seams, the shirt has visible heat damage! On my FCUK military style dress shirt, the edges of all the buttons were sheared off and the same problem with the heat damage. When I asked them about it, they insisted that the heat damage was«normal» and not because their irons were too hot, that the thread damage was not unusual but they would look at it, and they did agree to fix the buttons. The first time I went back to pick up the shirts, they used big black shiny buttons to replace the small, brown matte buttons, and one button was simply NOTTHEREANYMORE. A month later, they fixed my shirts to the«best of their ability» and told me that it wasn’t their fault and that they lost money on my order! I simply didn’t want to argue anymore. Months later, I am out $ 100 for dress shirts bought from me by my girlfriend, and they’re blaming me for costing them money. what a joke

Good place to get ur drying cleaning done. Nice people, friendly service & affordable. I generally never get my clothes dry cleaned, cause it’s expensive but my friend introduced me to this place & I’ve been going for a whole year. Two thumbs up! Nice people & always efficient service, plus I like having my clothes press and oh so clean. Getting in is the hassle, ’cause the street is busy and it’s in the middle of the block, a corner location would be nicer, but I think to keep the prices low they stay in this one spot. Would I come back? I already do!
