Just placed an order over the phone with Mike the owner and baker for six butterscotch blondies to be sent to my dad for his birthday. I know my dad is going to love them. Mike is seriously such a nice guy, just love him and his brownies too!

Seriously. BEST brownies ever! I always look for them at The Fillmore Jazz Festival each year. I think I need to buy stock in these guys, they are that good! I am a chocolate connoisseur and I have sought out and made brownies before but these are incredible! I now know where to go to for amazing treats to give to friends and family! I wish you could buy these in small shops in SF! Try the black and white brownie or the triple!

My partner and I would get two cones on Friday Farmers Market every week back when weren’t vegan. Ohmygoodness, their ice cream is delicious! We used to buy them at Oliver’s if we missed Farmers Market for whatever reason. It hurts me so much to walk by their booth now since I’ve gone vegan. I wish they made vegan ice cream because my stomach would really hate me if I ate it now. Anyway, five stars because I know it is really good ice cream and the couple is always so sweet and friendly!

These brownies are awesome!!! First time we had them was at Hardly Strictly bluegrass a few years ago and my husband kept going back all weekend for more. My favorite is the triple chocolate and his is the black and white. We just ordered a bunch for holiday gifts(and some for us to;-). Yummy!!!

My sister introduced me to their brownies when we were at this year’s Millbrae Art & Wine Festival. We saw their booth and my sis said she always gets a brownie from them. They offered samples and all of them tasted good. They literally melt in your mouth. I bought 5 and they said you can put them in the fridge or freezer to make them last longer. I had one in the fridge for 2 weeks and popped it in the microwave for 20 seconds and it was so moist. I would definitely buy their brownies again if I saw them!

OMG. They actually do live up to their name. The $ 5/brownie price hurts a little, at first, until you take your first bite. I got the mint chip one. It is so rich and delicious, quite dense and moist, with mint/chocolate/white chocolate chips in every bite. It is plenty for two servings, in my opinion, which makes the price seem a little more doable. I got mine at the SR Wednesday Night Market, where they also offer free samples of the different brownie flavors. I wouldn’t buy them all the time, because of the price, and because they’re pretty indulgent. But if you are more about quality than quantity, and like a sinfully delicious fudgy chocolatey brownie fix now and then(and don’t we all?), look no further.

I picked up a Killer Baking Company brownie over at the Alameda festival this past weekend, and man, was it good. The folks running it had plenty of samples, but I had to go with the mint chocolate chip. It was a good sized brownie, and it was still rich(read: not flaky) even after we dug into it a half week later. Of course, we froze it, but chocolate is better frozen anyway. The only thing that stung was the price. $ 5 for a brownie? This isn’t the Mission man…

Ya the Ice Cream is DELICOUS! you can get it at oliver’s market too! They do alot of local markets and events so look for the Killer Baking Company sign and make sure you get some because the owner really puts his heart and soul into his food! Homemade creative delicous icecream… need I say more. If you go to the Friday Night Market in Rohnert Park make sure you get some ice cream from Mike(the owner) he makes magic on a cone.

The peanut butter and the mint choco brownies are the real deal man. Really good. At $ 4 a pop they’re a bit pricey but it’s a nice occasional treat(probably good not to gruffle too many anyway, since apparently 2⁄3 of us in the U.S. are overweight now.) One Brownie Brotip: If you get them on-site or at the Santa Rosa Wed. night street fair, they’ll ask you if you prefer an edge piece or center. Normally I’m all about the edges, but in this case their edges aren’t very pronounced/chewy, and also they’re a little rough and tend to jack up the roof of the mouth. Center is the safer bet here. The ice cream I’m a bit less taken by, at least for the asking price. I tried the Red White and Blue($ 7 a pint, $ 5 on sale at Olivers occasionally) and while the vanilla was really pretty good, the frozen blueberries had no flavor at all and the strawberry was very hard to detect. I’m a huge mark for pumpkin ice cream though, so I’ll give that a spin when it gets in season here shortly.

I was literally just there not even half an hour ago and bought 3 brownies, one for my mom, dad and I. I ate the Triple Chocolate Heaven. I struggle to find the words for how delicious that brownie is. It is mind-destroyingly delicious. Blink, and you’ll miss this place. It is hidden amongst independently owned businesses and repair shops. As a matter of fact, when you walk in, you are walking into the man’s kitchen! That small! It was clean and you could see all the fresh ingredients right there. The owner, Mike, was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. I had never been there, and was expecting an actual shop so I didn’t know what to do when I walked up. However, Mike, walked me in and told me a bit about his business and his products. I could tell just from talking to him this man loves what he does. I ran away like a squirrel with a bunch of acorns, eager to get back home and eat my treats. I have not tasted a more perfect brownie. The outside was perfectly crispy and the inside was cakey and rich. It was perfect cold, and next time I will try microwaving it, maybe serving it with some of KBC ice cream? I am so excited to have found a local shop like this! The only problem? I now know what the perfect brownie is, and when I crave a brownie, I know where to find it!!! All other brownies will not even compare, and I am now spoiled! Go here, NOW.

Ice cream 5 stars– the best, most creamy and flavorful in the Bay Area. The highlight of a Friday night trip to the RP Farmer’s Market for my weekly indulgence. Every flavor a winner– with the fruit flavors an the chocolate to die for. Reminds me of childhood summertime visits to family farms in Pennsylvania. Brownie 4 ½ stars — a bit too sweet for me but i can totally understand why others would love them. Extremely nice people too who clearly love what they do.

My wife is a baker and we are picky when it comes to baked goods. In fact, my wife has never found a packaged brownie that she liked. I heard about the Killer Baking Company through a friend and we decided to give it a shot. Bought some Triple Chocolate Heaven brownies and some Killer Bites. AMAZING! My wife, a very skilled baker, called the Triple Chocolate Heaven brownies, «one of the best brownies I’ve ever had.»! That includes all the ones that SHE has made. To top it all off, we met Mike, the owner at several farmer’s markets and he’s the coolest guy. It is very evident that his passion and zest for life is the main ingredient for all of his products.

OK, Gotta be honest. I married the baker and owner of this company after meeting him at the farmers market. Best guy, best friend, best father, awesome brownies and ice cream. If you haven’t tried his vanilla ice cream, add it to your bucket list. Oh, the new Butterscotch Blondie ain’t bad either!

I first tried The Killer Baking Co at the San Carlos Art and Wine Faire and they aren’t lying when they say their brownies are to die for. I pride myself on my baking abilities but my brownies have got nothing on TKBC. I can’t even describe how amazing they are. You really need to try them to know what I mean. The owners are sweet and talkative and really passionate about baking. And they make a mean pumpkin ice cream! Unfortunately I live like 100 miles away(or maybe that’s good so I can’t eat these all the time) but I plan on ordering some of the brownie bites for my employees. I’ll also be asking my sister(who lives in RP) to get me some for Christmas.

I have been a loyal fan of the Killer Brownie company since discovering them at the San Mateo county fair 3 – 4 years ago. Every time I am at a farmers market or street fair and see them I have to get a brownie and I always inquire about my favorite treat… the end’s! Usually I have gotten there too late and they are out but the owner is so nice and has offered to ship or save them for me if I call him. Santa Rosa Market: I recently visited them with my friend at the Santa Rosa Wednesday night market and it was her birthday so they gave her a free ice cream cone… it was home made ice cream and quite delicious Fog Fest: My most recent experience was this last weekend at the pacifica fog fest and they were once again out of ends but the owner gave me his contact info and will be shipping some to me(YAY!!!) My personal favorite in the macadamia nut brownie but all are delicious!

My chocoholic Larry tried a sample at the Rohnert Park Farmers Market today. SOLD! Larry is relishing his memory of that sample as he stares fondly at his Triple Chocolate Heaven, still snug in its wrapper.(He’s waiting for Blake to come home from work to open and indulge). I enjoyed the delectable chocolate and peanut butter brownie and it was FABULOUS! Funny chef, too. Very funny.

Aptly named. I’ve tried their various brownies and chocolates. Made in my backyard of beautiful Rohnert Park, CA. Moist, richly chocolate, smooth, sinful. Prices are reasonable when you find these at a local farmers market. 3 brownies for $ 5. You won’t need to eat more chocolate for a week. These are THAT good.
