This place was very good! Especially the tri tip sandwich or chicken salad! The owner BBQs everything fresh everyday :) Update: it’s under new ownership now and not the same.

I ordered the grilled chicken plate today and loved this! The chicken was tender and full of flavor and is accompanied with rice, potato salad & green salad– all for $ 7.95! What a deal for such a yummy lunch. Will be back soon

Staff and kitchen don’t seem prepared to handle even a moderate amount of customers. Maybe the cashier is new or something but she was totally flustered just trying to take orders. Their fryer is broken, so no fries. I saw people wait 5 and 10 minutes just to pay for self-serve coffee. There’s confusion about orders being for here or to go. The food itself, when you get it, is adequate. But don’t come here on purpose.

A lot of variety on the menu and everything looks delicious. Not too many tables. Next door to a noisy auto shop on State Farm. I had the pastrami sandwich and we also ordered the regular turkey. My advice, try out some of the more unique items. I thought the tri tip looked great and so did the burger. I will be back to try other items out!

If you live in Rohnert Park, or the surrounding area, and haven’t yet been to Café Fogo, shame on YOU. Today was my first experience, and I loved it. The décor is comfortable and inviting, the food was really good, as was the Turkish coffee that I had. Cute setting, great food, and that’s not all, the prices are VERY reasonable. Wait there is more… perhaps the best part of Café Fogo is the owner and the chef; so friendly! I can’t wait to go back, and try something new. These are the types of businesses that need support, local, and homemade. Unchain your stomach, and try them out!

Major Unilocal win. We were passing through town on a cold, rainy day, needed lunch, found this place because of all the positive reviews. Fogo is basically your standard lunch joint in a business park. The kind of place you’d ignore unless you worked right there… except that it’s really good. I had the tri-tip sandwich, baklava and Turkish coffee. My wife had a chicken plate. Everything was delicious and the staff were fun, funny, friendly people. We are now warm, fed and happy!

Had to drop off my car next door and was afraid there would be no diners or coffee shops within walking distance to chill at while I waited. Café Fogo was like a godsend, shining bright and lifting my spirits tenfold. A nice hot breakfast and cup of coffee got the job done, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The service is top notch too, for they really take care of you here. Try the Fogo breakfast burrito! It’s really tasty and fills you up.

I worked just a hop, skip and a jump away from Café Fogo not too long ago. My stint at the job was short but my memory of Café Fogo will live on. If you are familiar with the lackluster selection of restaurants in RP then I know that isn’t saying much … BUT this place is truly a gem in the industrial park that we call«work home.» I was hooked on the felafel wrap but slowly transitioned over to the Fogo BBQ Chicken Salad and Rice Plate(s). The chicken plate is simple; Freshly BBQ’D chicken seasoned perfectly and sitting on a bed of basmati rice, there is something more to the rice that I haven’t been able to pinpoint. It’s accompanied by a small side of green salad, potato salad. The Salad has the same chicken but comes on a huge bed of romaine lettuce and a mixture of veggies. Make sure to get a side of the lemon salad dressing AND the concoction of blended peppers to use w either dish. The pepper salsa is what got me hooked on this place. You can also buy a side of it I think it was $ 4 for 8oz or something along those lines(don’t quote me!) The owners are a married couple; the husband Chuck works the grill, Emily w the cute haircut works the register and is always happy to give suggestions based on your mood.

Love this place! Stopped in for breakfast after dropping off my boyfriend’s car to be serviced. He got the ham and cheese croissant; I went with the breakfast burrito: sausage, bacon, potatoes, eggs, and cheese with sour cream and salsa on the side. If you’re a bacon-lover, get this! So flavorful with lots of meat. Ate half and re-heated the leftovers for lunch later. Lady at the front desk was so kind! As our food was brought to us, she even gave us each a complementary fresh-baked almond cookie which was equally as good as our meal. Coffee was decent. Very impressed! Definitely want to come back and check out their lunch menu.

Went there for the first time. Never heard of this spot, was gonna get my smog done and decided to stop in and try it with a friend. Owners very friendly, food is amazing, and prices are reasonable. I had the hot pastrami sandwich and got a side order of garlic cilantro fries. The pastrami sandwich was pretty good. You can really taste the freshness in the food. My friend got the tri tip sandwich, which they BBQ fresh every day. Not your typical tough tri tip. Pretty tender. The garlic cilantro fries are hot air baked, not fried in grease. Given you lose some crispness, you gain in it being healthier and still great taste. Overall satisfied with our choices and will for sure be back to try out other things.

Just ate their tri-tip sandwich, it was very delicious and the tri-tip itself was juicy and delicious(and they loaded it up so it was overflowing with meat and grilled onions). Their falafel is really good and tastes like authentic Mediterranean good.(They got baklava with pistachio crumbles in the front too)

Can’t get enough of this place for their tri tip lunch plate or sandwich every time i’m in the area. It was delicious and everyone that work there is very friendly. They even bbq the tri tip right in front of the café. You can smell it when you’re walking into the café and it’s already getting your stomach starting and you can’t wait until you dig into the foods.

Great lunch place during the week. I don’t think it is open on the weekends… Tri-tip plate was awesome. Juicy, tender, and full of flavor Good Reuben Chicken plate wasn’t as good as the tri-tip, but spicy lovers will enjoy it Coming back for sure :)

Came here for lunch. The food was good. The fries are interesting. The owner was very friendly. The servings are huge. I had the tuna sandwhich, and G had the Falafel wrap. They were tasty. I think they do such a good job with the falaful, that I wish they had a more expansive mediterranean menu listings. I think they could really run with the falaful, and the hummus. perhaps just make an appetizer dish version rather than a wrap. I would pick at that for lunch regularly.

Ate here for the first time 7÷12÷13 and I will forever be craving the Chicken Havarti Panini on Ciabatta. By far the most delicious panini I have ever had. I wasn’t sure about having the English Cucumbers but that actually turned out to be part of the magic. My friend hat the Tuna Salad on wheat and left with a very happy belly. French Fries were delicious as well(Not a drop of grease! Perfect texture) No doubt that I will be stopping here every time I come back to RP. Seriously. Nice people too

YOUMUSTTRYTHEIRFALAFELWRAP!!! Its amazing! The Falafels are crunchy yet moist inside. It comes with their«Fogo Salsa» which is a bit on the spicy side but with the falafel wrap its MAGIC. I could eat this everyday and never get sick of it. Seriously the best falafel in town. It’s definitely a mom and pop business, every time I come in the owner is either behind the counter or right in front on the grill and his wife is in the kitchen. Which gives the place a very low key– light flare feel to it. Support your community and Eat Local

The food was great! Fresh and tasty. The Garlic-cilantro fries are as good as they sound. The owner was beyond nice as well. Went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy, and took the time to talk to us a bit about the place(not nosy, I was asking questions). I’ll be a regular.

Amazing breakfast burritos — great price and perfect quantity. Can be split for a light breakfast or take it town solo and you’ll be satisfied all morning/afternoon:)
