I had a complex question and the Indian-​English American gentleman working Tues. ⁵⁄₃₁ at ~ 14:00 was courteous, kind, and went the extra mile to help me. THANK YOU! He’s the worker who deserves $ 15 per hour!
I cannot praise this location enough!

I went there last night and was totally appalled when the female saw me coming and yelled, «ugh, no!» She wasn’t aware that the door isn’t completely sealed and I could here her. I opened the door and she threw her head back as she was walking back to go behind the counter to make my sandwich and let out a big «UGH!!» As she dramatically threw her head back. I’m not sure what her problem is but it was clear she wanted to continue to clean the floor instead of helping a customer. It was only 8:20pm and they close at 9:30. After that, I announced «I’ll be happy to go somewhere else» and that’s what I did. I will never go there again. This young lady needs to learn the value of hard work and strong work ethic. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Does this subway train their staff to be assholes? That’s exactly how I would describe Stephanie for her attitude. Stephanie would not let my 3yr old use the public restroom. WTF? Did I really need to walk back to the car to get my purse just so that we could buy a dollar item just to use the toilet. Karma to that girl!

WORST Subway! SUPER rude male worker. Took WAY long for the TWO workers to even acknowledge us (when we were the only customers). Won’t be coming back to this location.

After many visits for individual sandwiches with great food and service, we wanted a large order for my sons birthday party. I wanted footlongs with the vegetables and condiments on the side. I called a day in advance to place the order, was ultimately told the manager preferred for me to get the party platters vs the individual footlongs (which costed me $ 20+ more) because they were going to have to use the plastic salad type containers for the vegetables. I agreed… bad choice. Two reasons I will NEVER place a large order with them again 1. The sandwiches were not made as we ordered (order stated meat and cheese only, no condiments or vegetables) — all sandwiches had mayonnaise and shredded lettuce 2. The plastic containers they justified requiring me to pay more for my order — weren’t even used.
