Northwest Termite and Pest Control

This company gets excellent reviews in Consumer Checkbook, so I called them to assess a dry wood termite problem in my SF home. The service manager Bill Isom was quite knowledgeable, and was able to take care of the infestation at a very reasonable cost. I also appreciated that, unlike another company, he did not try and sell me additional products, such as an extended warrantee. In short, I highly recommend this NW Termite & Pest Control.

we were referred to northwest by neighbors who used them and were very happy. William was our inspector. we were told that we would have to fumigate our house and it would cost several thousand dollars. i wasn’t happy with the toxic effects of the vikane gas they were going to use. William did a complete inspection and only found one place where the drywood termites were infesting. they killed the termites with an electro gun, no chemicals other than borates. and it cost a fraction of what the fumigation would have cost and took care of the problem.
Everyone we had contact with at northwest termite were polite and professional. i would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a «green» solution to their termite problems
