The food took forever and was soggy. I was waiting 30 minutes just to get two tacos and I was the first person to order. I don’t appreciate them spitting in my food sometimes trying to play it off cool acting like they did nothing. The bathrooms were very dirty and looked unclean.

This place never asks if you want sauce and never put any in the bag. I get mad every time I get home.

Yes! the food I’d just OK. but feelinh like some cheap tacos that are yummy? Great place! Affordable and clean. Pretty quick as well during lunch hour The downfall is when you ask for dipping sauces one lady charges Nominal fee? Yes, but it’s the point, other than that quick and comfortable place to eat considering its a food chain!

Once in awhile I have a craving for Taco Bell. I had a recent craving and this location was the closest to me. Despite the reviews, I went here anyhow. I should have stayed away! The lady at the drive-thru got the types of tacos I wanted wrong. How hard is it to get the number of hard shell and soft tacos correct?! She asked if I wanted my order fixed as if it was an inconvenience. Ummmmm… yes! After parking and waiting while my order was corrected, I got home to find my hard shell tacos drenched in oil… so they were now soft. The soft tacos were also drenched in oil… so the bottoms were all gooey. Lettuce in the tacos also didn’t look fresh. Bad tacos all around. When I have a craving for Taco Bell again, hopefully it won’t be when I’m near this location.

The coq-au-vin and Peking Duck were truly authentic and a gastronomical delight. I wasn’t expecting such a generous and affordable wine list either(a Château Haut Brion 1960 for only $ 28!!!). The service was as usual impeccable and sommelier extremely knowledgable. Le Bernardin in NYC has nothing on this place. A MUSTEATPLACE for any tourist visiting the East Coast of the US!!! Congratulations Taco Bell!!!

Well we all know that Taco Bell/KFC isn’t health food but I do expect it to be edible and it wasn’t. My two crunchy tacos were limp and cold, my nachos supreme was full of stale chips and cold. My daughter’s mini beef quesadilla was covered in cheese sauce where it was dripping out of the wrapper. This place STINKS!!!

It’s so horrible service. First of all they take forever to make your order. So today I went to this place and waited in the line on drive through for 30mins. And the time was 11:33pm when I got in drive through line. So at 11:59 I got my turn and what I heard make me so pissed off. There was some Indian guy who sound so rude to me telling me that they are close. And when I ask for manager he said he is the manager and telling me his name was Roshaan or Rosaa. I don’t know if was his name or he just make it. Then I went online on google and on Unilocal to check their hours and both saying they were closing at 1am and then I called at the store number. And the same guy picked up and when I ask for manager he was like I am the manager and I am giving you food. Go do wrote bad reviews or call customer I am close and I am not serving you at all. And when I said the Google and Unilocal says you guys close at 1am so I still have one hour to get my order and he got pissed on that and told me to get lost and hang up on me. If you guys are reading my review so please don’t go there. This guy is so uneducated and with so rude behavior. I am uploading picture for proof that I went there what time and I am finishing my review at 12:21am. And I still have 39mins to order.

I usually like Taco Bell, however his location is a little off and the employees don’t ever smile which kind of kills the fun. At least McDonalds can get that right and they sure can kill you with a smile. My 2 cents, take my advice above and you’ll have repeat customers.

This is the most delicious place, and also is a great value. Just as long as you don’t count on their hours of operation being correct!!!

Ok I know Taco Bell is not gourmet food however, it should still be edible. Ordered a bean and cheese burrito for my vegetarian daughter. Got home and had been given a beefy meat and nacho cheese burrito. Trash can. Ordered 2 crunchy tacos for my other daughter. Could not even peel them off of the wrapper they were so old and smashed flat. Oh and the smell of cat food was overwhelming. Trash can. 2 soft drinks. Both were completely flat and no ice. I didn’t request no ice. Trash can. Waste of money and time. One star because not eating this saved my kids from a night on the toilet. Lesson learned. Never again. Disgusting.

I stayed away from this place for over 2 years since they almost always got something wrong with my taco order, but, on a whim I decided to try the KFC because I craved fried chicken. BADIDEA! When I got home, there were 2 pieces missing from my order! And the chicken was completely soggy and gross looking. So I went to return my order and got to wait on line even though when I came through the door they asked if something was wrong with my order and I said yes… Never again.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Slowest service of any fast food restaurant ever.

Possibly the worst Taco Bell on earth. Filthy dirty, takes a long time in the drive-through, the lady who answers the drive-through keep saying that there’s something wrong with her computer because I asked for them to add jalapeño and guacamole to a grilled stuffed beef Burrito. The management is trying to skimp on meat, clearly! When I bit into my burrito, it was mostly rice with a tiny drop of meat, maybe 2 to 3 tiny squares of tomato, and the jalapenos were not the good tasting pickled jalapenos at every other Taco Bell. They were unusually shaped oddly cut fresh sliced jalapenos plus like one or two of the pickled ones. Disgusting! The management is cheap. When I sipped my Pepsi, it was disgusting. I thought it might have accidentally been a diet Pepsi, because it wasn’t sweet at all. The manager when I told him that it was running low on sera probably said no but made me a new Pepsi that was even worse than the first one. This place should be closed down!

Lots of haters giving reviews of this location, but I don’t understand it. Personally, I’ve never had a problem with any of the employees, or my food. My orders have always been accurate, but then again, I have not used the drive-thru. As far as the food goes… it’s Taco Bell. It’s no worse or better than any other Taco Bell I’ve visited. Ive only gotten counter service, but the wait time for food seemed normal. I tried the new quesarito. Tasted fine. I tried the frito burrito from the dollar menu, also fine and filling. The other items I’ve tried have all been what they purported to be… satisfying Taco Bell food. The employees were fine. Some of the tables could have used a wipe down, but that’s pretty minor. Maybe I came in after a busy period. What else can I tell you? It’s not health food. It’s Taco Bell.

We are very big fans of Taco Bell, but this is by far the worst location we have ever patronized. Orders are consistently inaccurate with a low quality and excessive wait time. This time, our sodas were filled 1″ from the top with ice and we weren’t given a receipt. Food was adequate only. We had taken a several month hiatus from this location, but were very hungry. Won’t be making that mistake again.

LOL this place is a joke. I’ve never eaten inside before and I really don’t want to. They’ve probably gotten my order correct 1 out of 10 times. That’s not exaggerating either. If it’s not the painfully long drive through lines it’s the incompetence of the employees. Avoid

I could be nice and give this one and a half or two stars, but would it really matter? I’ve never«dined-in» here, but I have two drive-thru experiences under my belt, both of which raised my blood pressure. The first time I ordered a half dozen of their new Shredded Chicken tacos… well, I tried to. I had to repeat my order a few times to the lady I could not understand one bit and who obviously could not understand me. When I drove around the ultra-tight left turn to the window she handed me a bag with one taco in it. So, I had to repeat my order again in person and wait a bit for finally leaving hangry(yes, hangry!) The second recent time(apparently I believe in second chances or just don’t learn very quickly… take your pick) I only had to place my order once to someone who actually spoke and understood English. Score! However, the drive-thru line moved along at an absolute snail’s pace, making the term«fast food» irrelevant, even during the mid-afternoon, non-dining-time hour. I paid for and received my order and thought all was good… until I got home and realized I was shorted one taco, but given about 15 packets of sauce. WTH? Although these hybrid, two-in-one restaurants seem to make sense theoretically, I’m guessing, in reality, they’re a logistical pain in the @$$. Does anyone ever order a bucket of extra-crispy chicken with a side of chalupas? Okay, I’m sure it happens, but I’m also sure managing two completely different food menus is ridiculously challenging, leading to these unnecessary delays and errors. However, even after all this experienced mess, I’m sure I’ll probably still be a regular here since there are no other Taco Bells in the immediate area to satisfy my occasional craving. I’ll just need to remember to take a double dose of Prozac well in advance.

This is the armpit of Taco Bells. It’s the runt of the litter, the little engine that couldn’t. Unlike some of the other people on here, I don’t(just) blame the employees. The problems HAVE to start with the owners and work their way down the chain… there’s just no other explanation for why things are this bad. I’ve personally seen an employee drop an empty KFC chicken bucket on the floor, then quickly pick it up and start filling it. Any Taco Bell item I’ve ordered has had the meat skimped on. I’ve gotten 3 bean burritos each rolled a different way, and of different sizes. The soda/plastic ware area is always a mess. My guess is that the owners tell their employees to skimp on meat as much as possible(an interesting philosophy shared by the local, equally horrid El Mexicano in Travilah Square) in a misguided effort to increase profits. My guess is also that the owners are also horrible to work for, so they get the absolutely bottom of the barrel fast food employees.

This place simply SUCKS! Unfortunatly, when this business burned down years ago they rebuilt it. My family loves Taco Bell — except, this is the most terrible place we have ever purschased any type of food. The service is so bad — I wonder if we are on a Candid Camera video show to see our reaction. I have no clue why the National management of this hugely successful business allows this location to continue to operate like this. It has been aweful for years now! They should fire the entire staff & start over again with people who care and understand customer service and doing a good job!
