not use this company she makes designs at extremely low cost and upcharges hundreds of dollars. she gets products from dollar stores then uses them for clients. she does not pay her employees by withholding funds silently. she does not take care of her equipment and throws projects together with barely any hands on work. she is just generally not a good owner, business woman or designer

Thoroughly disorganized. I was personally referred to Janet Flowers and met her before I sought her out for a quote for my wedding. I thought these factors would make for a stress-​free working relationship. Big mistake. After the quote was provided, she was completely missing in action. Neither she nor her assistant were able to return EITHER phone calls or my emails to clarify simple details on my contract.
I wanted to use them for my wedding, but would now actively discourage you from contracting with them. Absolutely not worth the hassle of trying to track them down and get them to communicate with you. Best to learn this before you trust them to assist you for a big event!

I had Janet Flowers Wedding and Event Design do my wedding. They were attentive to our every need. They worked within our budget and for things that we weren’t sure about, she kept saying «trust your florist». We did and the wedding went great. The comments from guests went from how pretty the bride was, to who did the flowers and center pieces. My company uses them on a regular basis and she consistently over-​delivers. They make us look good because they are so good. I can’t speak highly enough about their organization.

I’ve been using the same florist for over ten years so switching to another florist was pretty sketchy for me.
The décor in the store presents the company very well. The ladies that I talked to here were very nice. I told them exactly what I wanted, even brought in some pictures, and they reassured me that I didn’t need to worry. We talked about what kind of boutinere & corsage I wanted to order (for my little brothers prom) (flowers, ribbon color, etc.).
Ashley did an amazing job on the boutinere & corsage. The whole arrangements (colors, flowers, ribbon, etc.) all came together amazing. I honestly don’t think anyone had a prettier arrangement.
I have really high expectations of what floral arrangements should look like so when someone exceeds my expectations, I am speechless. I would def recommend Janet’s Flowers to anyone, and not just for a small order like a boutinere & corsage… they’ll have my business and my friends for sure.
