Edible Arrangements

Really awesome place! I ordered blossom daisy as a birthday «cake» for my cousin! What is a perfect present for birthday! Looks like a cake but without any high calorie cream and cheese! Strongly recommend!

They are great! I went in to buy a bouquet for my friend that had a baby! I couldn’t order a head of time so I thought I was gonna be there for long but I wasn’t! And while I waited they even gave me a strawberry dipped in chocolate so in my book they are awesome!

I had a last minute order for a friend of mine and I needed something quick. It was her birthday and I wanted to get her a cake. I found out about edible arrangements from a friend but wasn’t sure if I wanted to get her something flower like. I checked out the website and saw this really nice cake like arrangement. I asked this guy named Clint if he could make the arrangement in the next hour. He said that they were really backed up and may not be finished until two hours. I couldn’t think of anything else to get her so I decided to just risk it. I left to grab lunch waiting for the arrangement and then half an hour later I got a phone call from Clint that the cake arrangement was finished ready for pick up! I was very happy that I was able to have time to give my friend the arrangement in time for the party. On top of that, the arrangement was so pretty and very delicious! The strawberries were just a little tart but the chocolate definitely balanced it out. This place is a must and make sure to ask for Clint, great customer service and a very big sense of humor! Most definitely will come back again!

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday online from the Rockville store, specifying that it had to be delivered before 11:00 am the next day. I received a call mid-​day saying they tried to deliver, she was not answering the door or her cell. She has a new baby and her cell phone was dead. They said they cannot always see special requests made through the online portal, you have to call the store directly. They wanted to re-​deliver the next day, same fruit bouquet — I was not happy with that solution as they are made fresh each morning. They said they could not go back out the same day — I was not happy with that either. Even though the gentleman on the phone was very nice, I became very frustrated and told him I was unhappy and would call him the next day.
I received a call from my daughter that evening that the store felt so bad about the mix up, they had one of their drivers deliver the arrangement after hours on his way home! That’s what I call customer service — doing whatever it takes to get get the job done. I am a happy and return customer to this store.
By the way, my daughter sent me a picture of the arrangement — it was beautiful and the fruit was amazing, especially the chocolate covered strawberries.

Technically should have been 0 stars, but hey — Unilocal’s too nice for that. Ordered a Mother’s Day set with a small bouquet, balloon, and bear. Delivery came on time (okay, maybe they deserve 1 star for that…), but the bear was missing. $ 90 and you can’t even ensure that all the components of the order are present?
Tried to resolve the issue with customer service, and was told they’d call back. Never got a response. Thank goodness for Paypal.
