I am so happy I live close to this place. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is perfect. I can’t wait to go back and try more things on the menu!

Boy do they know what they are doing!!! I just wish the space was bigger. The wings are delicious. My daughter loved their grill cheese… I had a crab cake grilled cheese and it was so good. I can’t remember what my husband had but he was just as impressed with the food. Service was attentive and friendly. I can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I had dinner at Full On last night and the food and the service were excellent. We spoke to one of the owners who was very sweet and to her wife, Michelle. Michelle went to the same culinary school as my son. This place will be our go to neighborhood eatery.

This is a fun, cozy space on the corner of Norbeck and Georgia Ave. When I was growing up near this area was kind of a limbo spot with not much ever staying around for awhile. I think things will be different with Full On. The beer, food and service here are all very good. Enjoyed seeing some old faces from Dogfish Head including the Full On owner, Julie, who had served me a few, er… dozen? hundred? beers when she was a bartender there years back. She is doing a great job running this new(er) neighborhood joint. The only drawback is the parking. The website is very cool in helping you find the right place to park your vehicle(near the hardware store on the corner) and I would advise going there rather than trying to park out front which is always pretty busy.

This place is completely un-pretentious, which I like. They also have an awesome craft beer selection, which I love. And they have excellent food, which I adore. The Old Bay wings are perfectly crispy and delicious. They are sold by the pound, so split an order with a friend or have them as your meal. The beet salad is awesome: vibrant greens, chunks of goat cheese, crushed pistachios, and a balsamic vinaigrette with just the right amount of sweetness. Finally, the French dip. Tender beef and melty Swiss cheese on French bread, served with a side of au jus. It comes with house-made chips, which are hot, fresh, and crispy. Next, all this food is paired with fantastic craft beer and served in a laid-back atmosphere. Definitely check it out.

Oh MAN. I’m mostly writing to add to the chorus of positive reviews about this place, but also to personally relive my experience there yesterday for lunch. This was my second time at Full On — the first time I sat at the bar with friends and ordered drinks from their extensive, rotating list. I ate the Cobb salad because I didn’t feel like having a sandwich. Don’t get me wrong, the Cobb was great, but you are a downright FOOL if you come to this place and don’t order a sandwich. Yesterday at around lunchtime, I was really craving a hearty sandwich, and boy does this place deliver! I ordered the turkey & cranberry, which is served on soft sourdough bread with lettuce, crisp bacon, and an herbed goat cheese spread. Oh, and did I mention it was ENORMOUS? A bit sweet perhaps for some people due to the cranberry pecan jam(which I wish I could purchase, in a bottle, or preferably a large jar, to serve during the holidays or really all year round), but super hearty. The accompanying house-made kettle potato chips were light, crisp, and not overly oily; they had great flavor by themselves but primarily served as a vehicle for scooping up every bit of that delicious, tangy, semi-chipotle dipping mayo they come with(again, can Full On PLEASE sell this in a bottle?). My boyfriend had the spicy chicken sandwich, which was similarly large and quite spicy, with a side of onion rings. We were two of the happiest campers. So after all this sandwichery, you’d think we’d be too full to even think about dessert. WELLYOU’D BEWRONG! When we came into the restaurant, an adorable elderly couple sitting at the table next to us were finishing up their meal with what looked like a dessert in a(large) mason jar. So of course, the dessert was in the back of my mind the entire meal, and when we asked about it the waiter said they served banana pudding and Oreo Mud Pie pudding. It was a tough decision, but boyfriend and I decided to split one banana pudding. Seriously great! The dessert was a parfait layered with plenty of Nilla wafers(the only way banana pudding should be served), whipped cream, and sweet sliced bananas. We split the dessert(for $ 7, it’s a great deal as it easily serves 2 people), and scraped the jar clean. What. A. Find! Seriously, if you’re in the area(or even if you’re not), drop on by and experience some of the best sandwiches you’ve ever had. Full On’s food is simple and straightforward done reeeeally well. I can’t wait to go back!

I was pleasantly surprised with the place! Great food and great customer service and great ambience(chill and casual)! :) Only one suggestion that made me give you 4 out 5 stars. Toast the bread or if you do already toast it, toast it a little more.

I DONOT like writing bad reviews, so I will put off my review of the Olney Ale House for another day. I will say that my out-of-town guests were so peeved at the service of the aforementioned establishment that we walked out and sought out a nearby alternative. FULLONCRAFTEATS&DRINKS was our choice, and OHHH what a great choice we made! Nice local pubs and restaurants are not scarce in the Olney/Rockville area, but this is a true local gem. From the moment we arrived, the entire floor staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We received the«FULLON» treatment for sure. The manager, bartender, and servers never let up on showing us how much they care about their customers. I’m talking about Kyle, Sean, Bridgette, and Jesse. Each of these people had a hand in our fantastic evening at Full On Craft Eats & Drinks. But, the exemplary service was only a part of it. Everything we ordered came out hot, tasty, and delicious. I don’t know who owns this joint, but they clearly have it down. I had a super delicious bowl of tomato bisque. It was so yummy, topped with thick-cut croutons and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. I enjoyed every spoonful of this delightful soup. I want another bowl right now! We got a basket of freshly dropped kettle chips. They were perfectly salted and browned to a nice taste. They were nice, but I really should have had a second bowl of soup. Then, we got the 1lb buffalo wings. They give Hooters’ a run for their money. Probably a little meatier and just as perfectly spiced. The four of us ate light, and we shared most everything, except my soup! One of us ordered the French onion soup. It was tops, so said the two who shared every cheesy spoonful. The last food item was a turkey? sandwich. I did not pay attention to this one… sorry. But, this too was shared, and one of us devoured half of it like it was the last meal on earth. That came with a side of coursely chopped cole slaw, which was laced with a hint of– — - -. I won’t tell you what we think the special spice was. You will have to try it to see how nice it is. OH! And, the sandwiches I saw throughout the place were staggering in size. I don’t know how that one guy ate his. Seriously. I think he had a big mouth. Then there was the alcohol. I’m not a drinker, but those imbibers I was with had wines and several beers that they passed around. I heard nice comments on the four beers and two glasses of wine. You’re on your own on this one. The entire evening was just really nice. We enjoyed the light atmosphere, and then… oh, I can’t believe this. Blondies to go! AND, banana pudding and Mississippi mud pudding to go! My out-of-town guests are asleep upstairs. Too bad for them! I was not about to let those puddings go untouched tonight. A lovin’ spoonful of each. Dang, Kyle! You were sooo right about those. Thanks for the heads-up, man! What I am trying to say, people, is this: I have discovered a damn fine place to spend your time, money, and taste buds! What a real treat we had tonight at Full On! I asked about the tomato bisque. Kyle said it is served almost year ’round. As for the blondies? I know what we’ll be having for breakfast in the morning!

Tried this place for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. Very limited parking and seating inside. Very chill/casual atmosphere so an ideal place to grab delicious food with a small group of friends. The food was delicious! The roast beef & horseradish sandwich is SO good. The bread is perfectly toasted with all the flavors from the meat and sauce melting into your mouth! I ordered a cobb salad but asked them to replace the romaine lettuce with arugula which they had no issues with. I really enjoyed my salad! All the ingredients were fresh and they are generous with their portion size. Friendly staff! I will definitely go back soon! :)

I have been hearing things here and there about this place and finally got a chance to eat here. We went today around 1pm. It was really busy! Not in a bad way or anything. I was just surprised to see a full house during the lunch hour. We were seated right away and we ordered drinks. I went with the crab cake grilled cheese and my friend went with the turkey avocado sandwich. Everything was SOGOOD. It was perfect. I can’t explain how amazing it tastes besides that it was really great and well worth the visit. Sometimes you really just need a great sandwich! This is definitely the place to try one at. They had so many to choose from. I think everything about this place was nice including the wait staff. We had around three ladies checking on us routinely. I never felt like they forgot about us which can happen when places get busy. I really liked how down to earth and relaxed the place is. I definitely plan on coming back!

I came here on Wednesday with my Sister and her BF, they both ordered the crabcake sandwich and I ordered the roast beef sandwich with onion rings. The sandwiches were very good no complaints, except I wish I knew that the beef would’ve been rare than I would’ve probably ordered something else, it was very chewy. We had the house made kettle chips which was a bit too overdone, some pieces were literally black. But the edible ones that was dipped into the housemade ranch sauce was very good. Great combo, its like dipping a very very crunchy fry into ranch. I didn’t care much for the onion rings, they were crispy to my liking and the batter is light. I like thick batter, but other than that the service and décor was great.

Picture a young man with a full beard wearing jeans and a t-shirt pulling a wine glass from the bar and holding it up to the light to make sure it is spotless before he gently pours a local wine for a discerning patron. The staff really cares about your experience and it shows. The atmosphere is laid-back and comfortable. I’m pretty sure that all libations are DMV local. The food never disappoints. You would be hard-pressed to find a restaurant within 10 miles that puts this much effort in their food. I have ordered almost everything on the menu at one time or another and have yet to be unsatisfied. The Caesar salad is the best I’ve ever had. The décor from the entrance to the rest room is very tasteful neat and clean. Once you complete your meal and walk out of the building you have forgotten that it’s a sandwich shop and not a four star restaurant.

Great service and food to start. Local brews and homemade corn beef, I know because they were out when we came back a 2nd time. Seating & parking is tight. Expect to wait for table at peak hours and you may want to park across in the other row of shops. Alternative parking @ hardware on corner store that is closed on Monday’s. Our fav is roast beef, Ruben, turkey/cranberry. Chips & sauce are incredible!!! Drinks include local hops, fresh lemonade, tea.

We are always on the look out for a place to get a good beer and a good sandwich. So we could not be happier to welcome Full On into the Glenmont/Rockville neighborhood. Our group ordered the meatloaf, crab cake, and ratatouille sandwiches and the Tex salad and it was smiles and clean plates all around. The bread on the sandwiches was delicious and the fillings were hardy. The kettle chips that the sandwiches were likewise crisp and delicious. Maybe the only food complaint was the lettuce to other stuff ratio in the salad, which was a little out of balance on the lettuce side. The next time I need a beer and a sandwich when the game is on(there is a flatscreen in the corner of bar) I will definitely be back to Full On.

Oh man I wish Full On was closer to my stomping grounds — I’m a huge sandwich fan, and they are like 5-for-5 with sandwiches. The ham and pineapple grilled cheese stands out — it is always difficult to choose which sandwich to get. Their onion rings come with a tasty sauce as well — try the sauce, guys. There are a number of local-ish brews on draft, and a few more in bottles. The wings are also tasty — come in a few flavors, Old Bay, Thai, and the like. The banana pudding was killer, can’t wait to try the mud pie. Stuff seems to come with chips, not fries, something more substantial like tots would be nice. Overall, solid find, friendly staff, it’s a small little place, but service is good, and the bar seems like it would make a fun local watering spot. Small parking lot, but I’ve always found a spot. It’s hard not to exit 200 at Georgia every time!

Ordered the crab cake grilled cheese based on the Unilocal reviews. It was not jumbo lump crab meat but the flavor was very good, and the bread was crispy. The sandwich came with a side order of homemade chips which were good and it came with a pretty awesome dipping sauce — ranch and bbq mix(sweet and tangy). They have a myriad of beers from local areas — maryland and virginia ranging from $ 6-$ 7. Happy hour is 4 – 7 which is a dollar off beers– draft, can, and bottled but they do not have happy hour specials on food — whomp whomp. Parking is pretty tight in front of the restaurant but there is an option to park in the back in the public area. Will be back for more!

JASON C. and I came to check out Full On Craft Eats & Drinks, as this place seemed famous for their sandwiches and craft beer. I liked the fact that they do not use any preservatives, stabilizers, or any chemicals, and all the food is made in the kitchen. The menu offers starters(homemade soups, wings, and chili), sandwiches, salads, and a modest collection of craft beef and wine. I tried their Meatloaf Sandwich(housemade meatloaf covered in BBQ ranch and topped with onion rings, all on a French loaf; this was okay — the meatloaf actually tasted like meatballs; I wished there was more BBQ ranch(so, maybe request an extra side of the sauce next time?); the crispy onion rings didn’t seem to do much to the sandwich and didn’t really complement it at all) and the Roast Beef & Horseradish(roast beef, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, provolone, and horseradish mayo, all on a sourdough; I appreciated the generous amount of the horseradish mayo, but the roast beef was very disappointing — it was extremely bland and had no flavor to it whatsoever; in addition, the sourdough bread was toasted(as in a toaster) T___T The sandwiches come with a side of chips with a chipotle mayo, or with an upcharge, onion rings. The chips were pretty okay, dipped in the mayo; the onion rings had a nice thick batter, but after a few bites, forgettable. Our server was very friendly and nice and checked up on us from time to time. The décor of the place was cute, with its industrial-like lighting, tightly-wound leather chairs, and an American flag painted on a piece of wood. The menus were in file folders, so I thought that was pretty cute. The place was definitely packed with the locals, as it seems to be a favorite hangout spot. Parking was slightly a pain, as it was a tight squeeze with limited spots and curb-parking. +chips and chipotle mayo +friendly staff: D +tight parking

I came with my family for lunch and we all enjoyed our food. I had the My Thai Sandwich which was marinated beef with pickled veggies on a french loaf. Now, this may be my fault, but I was kinda expecting something like a banh-mi, and was left a little disappointed(even though though the name did have Thai in it). I wish the veggies were more pickled and that the meat had a little more flavor to it. It was a good sandwich, just don’t expect an authentic Asian sandwich. My dad had the crab cake sandwich and said it was really good, so I think I’ll get that next time. Service was excellent and so was the beer so I’ll be back!

Pretty decent sandwiches! Boyfriend and I got the roast beef and horseradish and the french dip. Loved the kick of the horseradish on the sandwich. The roast beef was yummy, moist. Loved the bread on the french dip — thick and squishy, and holds up for dipping in au ju. Meat on the french dip was pretty good, and but I think the real flavor comes from dipping. The sandwiches come with homemade chips– maybe I just wasn’t in the mood for chips — and these were good chips — thicker cut home made chips, but I just didn’t really feel like eating them. Kind of over salted for my tastes too. Spacing could get a little cramped, but I loved their contemporary rustic look. Parking can sort of be hard(if you go to big greek café next door, you’re familiar with the lack of parking.) But I definitely want to come back and try more sandwiches like the turkey and avocado! Not a beer person, but maybe I’ll try one of the beers one day too — I always like to keep an open mind.

Great place for sandwiches and beer! I recommend getting their Crab Cake Grilled Cheese, which was very scrumptious! However, there was too much remoulade when I got it. Better to ask them to lighten up or put it on the side. I’ve also had the Roast Beef and Cheddar sandwich(and requested avocado for $ 1 more). This was good too. However, the spicy Chipotle sauce was a little too spicy for me. It also had coleslaw in the sandwich. The sandwiches average about $ 11 and come with chips made in-house. I wasn’t a fan of the chips. It was a little over-fried, but did taste better when dipped with the bbq sauce. You can substitute the chips for onion rings, coleslaw, or salad. They also serve salad, soup, and wings. Their Tomato Bisque was pretty good and creamy. If you have a small appetite, the sandwiches are enough for two meals. It’s a little out of the way from everything, but definitely worth going to if you want a solid, delicious sandwich. They also have a great selection of beer. It’s a small place so it may be difficult to get a table if you come during normal lunch and dinner hours. Parking is limited.
