I had a great experience. Had some prints framed a few years ago and love them. Bought a framed print online and was having issues with it. Brought it in for advice and they fixed it for free. Took two tries. I offered to pay for it, but they were just happy to help. Such great customer service. I’m going back with a few new prints that I will have them frame.

I was told my order would be ready in two –three weeks. I called after two weeks and Patrick said they had up to three weeks to complete the order and they would call me. After not hearing anything, now that its been three weeks, I called again. Patrick made up a story saying that the frame wasn’t in, when I just had two items re-matted with existing frames. Once I corrected him, he checked on the order, and I was told that they damaged the«liner» and that it would be yet several more days. After reading the prior review, I see that this is not an isolated case where they damage the materials. Frankly, I find this unprofession, as well as dealing with Patrick, because with the inflated prices one would hope for a more timely and personally-atttentive experience, especially when one must pay handsomely in advance for the product. Obviously, I am still waiting for the finished order. As I stated to Patrick, it better be ready by next Saturday when I intend to pick it up!

Wow what Jerk! After walking in to ask them about buying frames from him for my office and business I was ignored as the owner Patrick«local artist» went to the back and did not come back out as I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes and walked around the shop for another ten I finally realized this guy was not only not interested in my business but Helping me answer any of my questions about framing, or printing MYLOCALART. Don’t waste your time on someone like this he has no clue what good customer service is about.

Was quoted a price I thought was pretty high for such a small picture, but agreed to it.(found out later after going to other places it was high) Was told 2 weeks verbally, but paperwork I was handed said due in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks and hearing nothing I called only to be told that it was almost done but they had to «re-order» my glass for some reason. So I waited another 2 weeks. Went in to pick it up and found the matting was not what I had said I wanted. Was told to take it home and they would reorder more matting to fix it. 3 weeks later got a call to bring it back. I did, and was told it should be a day or two, 1.5 weeks later I got a call it was finally done. So I finally have my artwork correct and on my wall after working with them for over 2+ months. HOWEVER with the price I was charged I expected a much better framing job, The angles of the frame were not exact and aligned poorly, then glue was visible at the joints. Not what I would expect for a $ 300+ job. I think Michaels could have done a better job for WAY cheaper! Is it out of line to expect quality and near perfection for that kind of money? I didn’t think so. Bottom line: The BAD: Overly Expensive, Not on time or anywhere close, work done incorrectly the first time, and Poor Workmanship of overall product. The GOOD: Nice guy, Offered to fix the matting mistake for free.(but took forever) Never will this place see me again.
