O Tile

We waited 20 years to remodel both our master and guest bath. We obtained several estimates for the project. While costs matched published online costs, the quality of materials to be used (unless we invested in significant upgrades) were disappointing. When we were referred to O Tile, we were immediately comfortable with Isaac and Marissa’s attention to quality in materials and craftsmanship. They visited our home to see our colors and style and discuss the options. The quote was reasonable such that we were able to upgrade our fixtures making the project much better than we would’ve done with the competitive bids. When unexpected complications arose Isaac’s focus was on fixing the problem not on change orders. In the end when Isaac’s experience and personal touch were needed he was there to do it.

O tile replaced the tile in the Roseville Masonic lodge. It was a very difficult job since the building was built in 1929 and the existing tile was about 50 years old. It was a huge job with replacing stairway tiles, stairway landings as well as entrance and second floor tiles. They worked 12 hours a day for a week in order to get this done while the Lodge was idle for a week. I can’t express how hard they worked and how beautiful the tile turned out. Outstanding workmanship and everyone who has seen it marvels at how wonderful it turned out.

Isaac recently helped us remodel our master bathroom which included water proofing the shower, tiling the entire shower area including the ceiling and floor, and also installing heated floors. I originally found Isaac on youtube as I was a DIYer who thought he could do everything himself and he had some great instructional videos online. When it came to our tile, we had purchased some expensive pieces and I wanted to make sure the job was done by a professional so I contacted O.Tile.
The entire process was smooth and seamless from the start, and I was able to get a very reasonable quote by just providing some pictures along with measurements over email. We agreed upon a schedule and Isaac and his crew showed up on time as promised.
After doing plenty of research online on houzz and other design sites we thought we knew exactly what we wanted. Isaac was able to make recommendations and provide great insights and ideas that we never would have though of, something only years of experience would surface.
The crew worked diligently and completed the job slightly ahead of schedule. They were polite, courteous, and trustworthy. At times my wife and I would both leave the house and we didn’t even think twice about it.
At the end of the day our expectations were exceeded and we’re incredibly proud of the work Isaac was able to complete. Our bathroom looks terrific and we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend him to anybody and have already shared his contact info with friends and family.
