This is the only Starbucks that gets my drink right every time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Erin is awesome I called with some questions and she was very informative and friendly. Will be returning !!!

My favorite Starbucks location. They always seem to make my drink perfect. Kezzia is my favorite barista and is always friendly with a smile on her face. She seems to sling sone pretty dang good coffee. Keep up the good work!

I came to this location to get a drink remade. Got it in Natomas and they made it incorrect. The lady was not helpful very rude will not be coming back to this location in the future. Thumbs down.
Starbucks policy is it drink is made incorrectly not to your standards they will remake it again no questions asked. Very upset with them not following policy I am a regular at Starbucks and this was a big letdown :-(

High marks for this starbucks. Even though they were out of my beloved turkey bacon breakfast sandwich, the barista made up for it with great and friendly service. Didn’t catch his name but he has short hair and square glasses.
I wish this was my usual Starbucks but I was just in the area on business.

Awesome customer service! I grab a lot of drinks for my coworkers and myself multiple times a week. The baristas are always patient with me and when I ask to do separate transactions they don’t act irritated. I know it gets busy in the morning and it helps me (not a morning person) when the baristas can handle my complicated order and do it with a genuinely friendly attitude :)
