I had a garage door installed by Rocklin Overhead Door and a cable snapped which caused the door to bow in the middle and close uneven. I called 5 separate times within a week time span and left messages trying to resolve this issue. The garage door is off the track and won’t open or close. No one returned my call — not even to say they got my message. There is no excuse for the way they treat a customer. I would never hire them again. I would never recommend them. Very poor service. They should be ashamed.

I’ve had Rocklin Overhead Door come to my house twice and both times they provided excellent service! My first time I talked with the owner Rick, he was very friendly and helpful. I had a multitude of issues with my three garage doors. He had a couple guys come out and they fixed all of them and replaced one of the units under warranty. Second time, my line got off track and Gary came out and fixed the issue and lubed up the other springs as a courtesy. I also was trying to work on a simple home repair and needed help/​advice, Gary went above and beyond and showed me what to do. Lastly, I was able to use a coupon, so the service was an even better value. Thank you Rocklin Overhead Door for excellent service!

Called theses guys up at 4:30pm after my kids wrecked the garage door. They said they were slammed for a few days but one of their guys was on his way in and could come over. He was at my house in 45min. and replaced the cables and put the door back on the tracks and back to normal. I would call these guys back in an instant. When I get a new opener, I am calling them.
