Dutch Bros. Coffee

First off, the Dutch Bros Creed is a way of life. That creed should be posted everywhere. Second, excellent service everytime we go, and we’re here daily! My husband always gets the iced white cookie, and I share his drink. A couple of sips gives me my coffee fix. All the employees here are great, but BRADY stands out to us because of how genuine he is. He’s just a really nice guy, plain and simple. Everytime we see him he always remembers our order and makes us feel like we’re part of the Dutch Bros family. It’s nice to be acknowledged like that in a time where customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority. We’re a Dutch Bros family for life.

Coffee’s pretty decent, they’ll make it just the way you like.
Only criticism would be that when the person at the window get’s all up close and personal and starts asking way too many questions, it gets a little annoying. Just a «hi, how are you» would’ve been enough. I feel like that’s kinda their thing, but a mere annoyance that i can easily get over.

The Line: Usually too long and pretty slow (see below for explanation of slowness).
The Coffee: I just get coffee with cream. Usually overcreamed for my taste though I tell them each time to go light. The one time I ordered cold coffee they put sugar in it without asking if I wanted it. I didnt have another 20 minutes to take it back.
The Wait: The kids who work here seem to have a good time. They chat up their school chums while you wait in line. A drive through is not a singles mixer.
The CashOut: Honestly, I don’t like being handed a phone with a TIP TAB as the first thing you see on it. I ordered a $ 2.00 coffee. I have to SIGN for it. The only reason for this is the opportunity to foist a phone with a tip tab in your face. Servers spend two minutes pouring it, and never get it right. Am I really expected to tip you $ 1 to $ 2 for that?

I had a good experience here. Only thing I didn’t like was that it was PACKED, but the service was excellent! Good drinks, good services, crazy amount of people wanting some haha. Thank you!

I have been coming here since they opened. It has always been consistent and everyone is really friendly!

Love me some Dutch Brothers! The people who work here are so friendly and upbeat– it instantly puts me in a good mood! My kids play baseball at the field right up the street so we go to the walk up window a lot. They are really quick even with the big lines they usually have. They never seem stresses out and are always genuinely asking how your days going. The peach smoothie is my favorite even though I’m a coffee lover first and foremost. The chai is pretty darn amazing too. I like to go to businesses that give back to the community and they certainly do that! Nice touch with the punch cards too– free drink after ten purchases.

On a trip home from Reno we looked on Unilocal
For a coffee place and seen Dutch brothers coffee. I tried it on the way up to Reno in Fairfield and was hooked on Dutch brothers coffee after just one cup pretty strong stuff. I got the 911 which is A blend of Irish cream with six shots in it. It did the job cause just got back to San Jose and it really did the job cause I’m writing this review. The Baristas here are awesome and really nice, friendly and super helpful. I really wish they would bring a few Dutch Brothers coffee spots to the the So Bay Area.

We are full blown dutch fiends. We go multiple times a week to different locations (Granite Bay, Sacramento, Rocklin)
Came here tonight because of a deal on the dutch deal text club. Didn’t realize the deal was for tomorrow, doh! They honored it anyway, Sweet!
Some locations are hit or miss on the drinks but the ones here were amazing.
I am now officially hooked on the German Chocolate Mocha with double coconut. Order it picture perfect if you want the full experience. (You’re welcome)

Dutch bros is amazing. I have no other words. I always get a large white zombie, 2 shots, extra vanilla pumps, whip cream, caramel and chocolate drizzle! For some reason this Dutch bros had rude teen workers who seem like they don’t know what they are doing. I’ve been here 2 times before, and I have ordered the same thing. She was giving us attitude and was like no you ant have caramel??? Why not exactly? I’m MORE than sure I CAN have it. Seriously not coming back here cause I want what I want when I’m paying for it!!!

Can’t get a bad cup of coffee at this place.

Oh yeah! This Rocklin location of Dutch Bros. is the defiantly my 2^nd favorite of all since the Elk Grove location. This Dutch Bros delivers some coolest drinks from Kicker, Annihilator, their signature Freeze, and many more! The atmosphere and the concept remain the same as most Dutch Bros locations has across the Pacific coast.
The baristas are doing an awesome job for making the customers like me a fantastic environment! Very friendly and enjoyable to kick their music playlist out! No cons at all!
Every drinks from this Dutch Bros in Rocklin are very delicious and slurpable to drink. From Kicker to the secret menu drinks are simply tasty and elegant. No mistakes so far!
Yes, it can be busy despite the double sided drive thru format, so be prepare to come this place early as possible! Of course, this place is open 24/​7, so you come by at anytime, any day. A huge plus effort!
In the end, Dutch Bros at Rocklin is the awesomeness Dutch Bros that I’ve ever drive by directly from Sacramento! I’ll defiantly come back for more if I’m driving at the Placer County area! A well, worthy visit! My rating: 5 solid stars!

Iced double torture is anything but torture. Much needed caffeine boost and very tasty!

Hi, my name is Heidi and I am a Dutch Bros Addict. More specifically, a «kicker» addict! I always get it iced with no whipped cream. I love that they have the reward cards as well. When i was frequenting this place a lot, my card filled up pretty quickly! 8 stamps = a free drink!
The people who work here are over the top friendly. My «only» complaint is that sometimes, i feel they chat it up too much. I just want my coffee and am usually in a hurry to get the heck out of there. Sometimes i don’t want to tell you where i am going, what i am doing, where i work… etc, etc… it gets old quick.
I am counting calories now, so i am unable to go as much, but i do go as a treat on occasion!

The Sunset location of Dutch Bros Coffee continues the overall success of the chain being an interesting alternative to the ubiquitous Starbucks. This location in the heart of Rocklin is situated on the corner which does make access a little difficult. Pay attention to the turn restrictions on Sunset.
This location has access on both sides of the building, so you can try another lane if the line spills onto the street. I really like having the employees in line taking orders and swiping your card. Dutch Bros must be printing money since their locations are almost as busy as In-​N-​Out!
On this hot October day, I opted for my standard Iced Kicker. Drinking real Irish Cream is frowned upon by the cops, so this is a much safer alternative. Friendly staff and delicious caffeine make up for a long wait and several U-​turns. Keep ‘em coming!

They make drinks even better than the auburn blvd location.
The employees aren’t quite as friendly and social as the other location but that could be a positive as the line moves really fast.
The only bad thing about this location is the location itself. The parking lot is really small and cars tend to line up on the street and can cause a traffic jam.
Noticed this so I pulled in to the other side where there weren’t many cars.
I ordered a White Russian half breve half non fat.
It was made perfect. Not too sweet and enough of an espresso taste! It was great! Going to be back tomorrow to get some more of the good coffee and test consistency.

Four stars for good coffee and very friendly service. I still think the whole drive-​in coffee shop concept is an abomination but whatever. I keep hearing how «OMG AMAZING» Dutch Bros is so I stopped by on my way to work this morning. I waited perhaps a couple of minutes as the SUV ahead of me got a triple non-​fat whole chocolate extra foam frappaccino whatever with milk but the coffee shop girl was ready and happy to get my coffee. She asked how I was doing, where I worked and otherwise made friendly small talk.
I’ll definitely be back. The coffee was well above average but not life-​transforming. Thanks!

Coming here is such a treat! Drive thru can be fun! The Dutch Bro kids come out and take your order while you wait! They chat it up with you and leave you smiling before you even get your coffee! My favorite girly, Michaela, works here. She’s adorable and funny and makes my day along with my coffee. I like to get an Iced Carmelizer, extra sweet. I’ve never had an issue here!
They have a stamp card system, so every coffee you get, they stamp your card. However… every Tuesday is double stamp Tuesday!!! So double the stamps for every coffee you get (YYYYEEEESSSSS!!!)!!!
Every 10 stamps scores you a free cup of Joe, any kind any size. I recently found out that the larger the size, more milk is put in. I think the neon is perfect.
They don’t just offer coffee… they have their own brand energy drinks, smoothies, and food!
Dutch is a must try!
If I had a last meal request, Dutch Bros Coffee would be my beverage of choice!
