I was in the beginning stages of getting a bid with Jen at the Rockhill location and when I was able to make contact with her she was great. The problem was, I could never get her to respond to emails, voice mails, or messages left with others in the office. My first contact with Jen was September 24, after 3 emails and several voice mails, she finally responded to me on October 5. I responded the following day and am still waiting for further communication (actually I am no longer waiting, I will take my business elsewhere). If you are looking to get your project completed in timely manner, this is NOT the place to go.
I went to K&D Countertops and received a bid the same day. I was also provided a pricing list for different types of granite to shop for at the local warehouses to make sure I was within budget.
