These guys are great! It is hard to find people that take pride in their work anymore but that is never an issue here. They do excellent work at a fair price. Recommended.

Wayne has serviced our location a few times. He’s an honest, fair guy and you can trust he’ll fix the problem without you feeling taken advantage of.

It’s awful when you wake up on one of the hottest days of summer, company is on their way to stay for a few days and your AC has stopped working. I quickly called a few friends and one of them recommended Mechanical Doctor. I gave them a call, they fit me right into their schedule, the service tech arrived, fixed my problem in about an hour and I was so impressed with the professionalism, I signed up with their annual service plan. I highly recommend them.

A week after having Mechanical Doctor out to my place, I discovered a leak on my HVAC. I called them first thing monday morning. They sent two guys out at 11am which was great.
— PCV pipe was clogged up. The tech stated that its a flat rate of $ 224 ! I was shocked but having left work, I had no choice as my A/​C was not working. I tried to negotiate on the price and initially the tech said if it was an easy fix he would reduce the charge. Unfortunately he made a big deal about replacing 3 foot plastic pipe !
— I called the main office and Wayne stated its a flat rate regardless if its a 20 minute job or 2 hour job. All they did was replace a 3 foot long plastic pipe !
— After calling Wayne and expressing my displeasure over the $ 225 charge. Wayne called me back claiming that since there were two guys that was the reason why they finished so quickly. Again all they did was install a new drainage pipe off my internal HVAC system. Only one guy could work at a time in the space. The second guy went to the truck which took all of five minutes. Mechanical doctor took advantage of me.
