Coming home and finding your A/​C not cooling is bad for anyone but coming home from the hospital to find out is excruciating! From my first phone contact with Renee she was kind and helpful. She scheduled me an appointment with a technician to be at my home within a couple hours of my call so that my air conditioning issue could be addressed before it got hot. Nathan the technician was at my home on time and solved my issues and got my air working very quickly less then 20 minutes. I received such excellent service I will definitely use them in the future and will tell all my family and friends. Thank you thank you thank you American Air Heating and Cooling!!!

Great customer service and technician skills. Upon arriving at my place to fix my AC unit Chris was very friendly and wasn’t bothered by my overly hyper dog. He went out back to look at my ac unit and within 15 minutes was able to tell me what was wrong and how much the cost would be. The price was reasonable to what I had compared online so I allowed him to go ahead with the repairs that were needed. He was done in 20 minutes top. I will definitely use them again!
