Do not order delivery from here! The guy added twenty bucks on top of the five bucks I tipped him! What an asshole! It was my girlfriend’s card and the owner has been dodging us weekly saying he can’t find the receipt! Scumbag place and they burn everything anyways!!! Shut this trash hole down! $ 65 for burnt pizza and cold ass crispy wings. Order from the Alley! Went there last night and they have way better pizza new place under one nightclub.

Pretty solid pizza and wings. I came in from Colorado and the first thing I wanted was decent pizza and wings(hard to find in Colorado). Good wing sauce and good crust and toppings. A little on the expensive side, but you get that you pay for… good food!

I only go here for the«Stuffed Pizza»…Or deep dish. or whatever you want to call it. It’s really our only option here in rochester. Unless you want that one national chain that took it’s name from a kids card game. You know the one where you have to shout OONO! when you have next to 1 card left? Anyways…I crave this type of pizza when i am not craving pizza… ya dig? It’s very good… Not great. but good. it’s like a casserole to me. So yummy. So yeah you might be wondering, why the 4 stars? Why not 5… Simple. The Sauce is terrible in my opinion. Too sweet not enough savory/salty. I guess it’s good for people with high blood pressure.(like me. teehee) But i would prefer the sauce to have a more Savory salty favor. If it did i would for sure give this place 5 stars because the stuffed pizzas are that good. Also ive had this before and after the ownership change. it taste the same to me.

I would give the people working at this place 5 stars. They’re all amazing and it’s a fun atmosphere inside whilst ordering, however the pizza is really bad. First off I’m not a fan of thin crust so I probably shouldn’t have bought this pizza to start with but this was honestly the worst sauce I’ve ever tried. It’s really acidic and sweet but not properly balanced, you’re better off spending money at dominos or even a pizza pocket

The pizza is decent. The location is great if you want to sit outside and people watch though. Prices are ok and service is friendly. On a 70 degree day in December, this was a good choice. When I want great pizza, I go elsewhere.

Came in for the pizza and wings special, it was very good food the presentation was just ok but for a quick pizza and some wings I would defiantly recommend them!

I don’t know what kind of pizza this pizza is supposed to be, it’s definitely not classic thin crust, it’s like a super-charged version of dominoes maybe? I love anywhere that serves by the slice quickly. Line moved fast. The crust was thick and puffy and chewy, kind of bagel-y, I liked it a lot. I vastly prefer chewy thick crust to crunchy thick crust. The sauce and cheese are nothing special, but nothing to complain about, ratios are great, plenty of sauce for the dough and ¼ inch of melty cheesy.

Don’t let the Frank Sinatra music fool you! You’re not getting anything authentic or even close to «the best pizza in Rochester» as they claim. This is quite possibly the worst pizza in Rochester and the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve had better frozen pizza from the school cafeteria. The service is absolutely horrendous! It’s a slow Monday afternoon, I’m by myself, and the lady rudely snapped at me. I’m sorry, I simply did not hear what she asked… Plate or box? Wtf. Then she tossed the slice on the counter, which was nothing but a piece of bread with a greasy solid glob of cheese. I’m talking about GLOBS of mozzarella, cheap mozzarella that couldn’t even stay on the slice. I feel sick from eating it. The sauce was so incredibly sweet and completely flavorless. Maybe Ragu? They even had the nerve to charge $ 1 extra because I used a card. And of course the guy informs me after they charged my card. Awesome. What a joke.

Decent deep dish pizza, but nothing special. Sauce is sweet, if that’s your style. Crust was not great. Certainly not Lou Malnatis, but what is?

I’m sorry but this place is a poor excuse for a pizzeria. I’m from Buffalo and there’s a certain standard I need met for my pizza and wings. Chester Cab is possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. My dad and sister drove up to Rochester to visit from Buffalo so we decided to try out Chester Cab. It’s within walking distance so why not, right? Ugh. Worst decision. The wings were practically gooey and the sauce was underwhelming. My husband had to re-fry and add his own sauce to the wings in order to eat them. The pizza had a decent amount of sauce(which I usually like) but there was little to no flavor to it. The crust was thick and not crispy but chewy. I used to think that there was no such thing as «bad pizza» but I now I have been proved otherwise.

We ordered Chicago style pizza. The sauce had the consistency and the taste of Campbell’s tomato soup. The crust was overcooked. Sorry. Next time we’re going to Captain Tony’s.

I just joined Unilocal but wanted to post about my experience with Chester cab. I ordered delivery which never showed up. When we called to check on our order, we were told too bad. We are closed, but call tomorrow at dinner and we’ll give you a discount. Of course I posted to their fb wall. I got a response quickly that it would be looked into and they would follow up. Over a month later and I’ve heard nothing. Poor service. No follow up and they can’t even deliver your pizza. I’m all for supporting local businesses but won’t be surprised if this place closed due to poor service and not delivering orders. Truly pathetic!

I might have found my favorite pizza in Rochester. Pizza was delicious … Perfect crust(not too thin/not too doughy) and sauce was yummy. I was also very happy to find charbeque wings(put on the grill after sauced) at this establishment which I will definitely be going back for. The only disappointment was the service. It took a solid 5 – 7 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence when I arrived to pick up my order … And even then, it seemed like I was a burden, not a customer.

Good food horrible delivery. Never order unless you plan on picking it up. The delivery guy stacked the order so that the box on the bottom was nearly folded in half. The pizza in the box was then also folded so that all the topping were also stuck to the box. Like the commercial says get Desornio

This place sucks!!! Undercooked pizza and wings. Sandwiches are terrible. Don’t give a f**k attitude. This place needs to be reviewed by Health department because it looks dirty and disgusting inside. Takes a really long time to get your food. I hope you get the picture. For the money that they are charging for their food you would have at least 10 diffrent restaurants that provide delicious, properly made food with attentive staff and the owners that care. I think chester cab should be closed down and give their space for the business that provide better value and customer service to people in that community.

I gave them a 3rd chance, I wanted like them, but it’s horrible. It’s a great location, and has a nice little outdoor seating area. The location definitely gives them a boost in business, and I think they take it for granted and see no reason to improve. The place is dingy and dirty on the inside. Everything is yellowed and just looks caked with dirt and grease. Not a good 1st impression when you walk in, but that doesn’t always mean the food is bad. The first time I ordered here, I got home and opened the(soggy) wings and they had no sauce whatsoever on them. Just plain cooked wings straight out of the frier. The 2nd time, they forgot to give me blue cheese. The 3rd time, they were again so undercooked, chewy and soggy it was gag-inducing. I had to re-cook them in the oven before they were edible. They do however throw in some freshly cooked potato chips in the box which are good. The pizza sauce is very bland and uninspired. Tastes like stewed tomatoes, extremely un-flavorful. The deep dish pizza is bad, but edible. The crust has a stale English muffin consistency and taste. It breaks apart in your mouth as if you were biting into dry-wall. The regular pizza crust is too thick, and I love thick pizza which Western NY is known for. Their crust is thick and hard. They put a good amount of sauce on, I like a lot of sauce, but again, it has no flavor. They put both types of pepperoni on(regular and the the thick-cut) which is a redeeming quality. However whoever made our pizza was extremely lazy, and left all the pepperoni in weird clumps, as you can see in the pic. I would give them 2 stars, but I still have that horrible raw-chicken-skin taste in my mouth.

I came here today with my sister after a work out. Pizza after a workout sounds redundant but that’s what we wanted. There were three guys working there that were super nice and funny. We ordered one cheese slice, a slice with hot peppers on it, side of blue cheese, and bottled water. It all came up to be 7 dollars which was super cheap. We waited about five minutes for the slices to be done. The slices were crazy hot and fresh which lead us to wait a few before diving in. Our first remark was that the sauce tasted great. On that note, I dated an Italian for 2 years so my sauce standards are high. The crust was crispy and thin. I loved it and we agreed that we’d come back in a few months when we wanted to eat pizza again.

Jester Jab Pizza is when you keep poking a comedian(not that sort of poking) while you’re waiting for your slice. Lecter Lab Pizza is a horrific Science basement belonging to a Cannibal. And Best for Babs Pizza is dedicated to Streisand winning the Best Actress Oscar, ew. Thankfully this place is none of those places. This is Chester Cab Pizza. I’m not crazy about Rochester Pizza, but this one is a bit more like Buffalo pizza, or more specifically, Lockport Pizza. It’s so sweet! It’s got a very sugary taste, and a ton of cheese. In fact it has a ton of everything — sauce, pepperoni, man juice. OK no man juice but if it did, there’d be tons of it. One slice will fill you up completely(not that sort of filling up, dirty people), and if you’re into overly cheesy overly saucy overly sweet pizza, this is your bag. I’m not into that, but I’d still share a slice with you if you were since it was enjoyable and edible. Speaking of edible, you should check out my underwear.

I am just not a fan of the sauce they use on the pizza. If I am looking for pizza on Park Ave I will go elsewhere. Their wings are solid, subs, eh…

If you order delivery expect to wait 2 hours and recieve cold, old pizza and luke-warm wet, grubby wings. 2 dollar delivery charge and an extra buck for using a credit card? Oh no thank you! The only thing I give snaps for is those mini spicy pepperonis they use. They are terrific. The sauce is pretty good as well… The ‘ronis and sauce earn this review the 2 stars, without them… There would be zero stars. The inside is dingy and in major need of cleaning. Feel the cold shoulder at the counter … They basically ignore you. Workers seem robotic and seem to dislike thier job. Parking is a complete bitch too, might I add. All in all, we will be skipping this place forever! Nothing to write home about. Every time we try to give CC another shot we are lessed than pleased. Not worth the money or time.
