This time around half the food I ordered was cold and 3 of 4 hard tacos were crumbled. In addition, I occasionally find hair in my food. Why do I go back then you ask? It’s because I love Taco Bell and this one is the only one I’m aware of in Rochester… I do not recommend this particular restaurant for typically good Taco Bell experience.

I don’t know why I keep going back, maybe I just like Taco Bell, but whenever I go to this location WITHOUT FAIL I have items missing or wrong. The order on my screen was correct but not in my bag. Get it together!

–Definitely a better run Taco Bell than some others.
–The wait was a little long on my trip in however.
–My dad and I ordered four shredded chicken burritos which were typical. Nothing bad or extraordinary to state.
–Management was definitely friendly and provided generous service.

I don’t even want to give them a star. I would never review a fast food place but I had to tonight. whoever they had at the drive thru tonight was ridiculous. I sat there for about 5 – 7 minutes while he talked dirty and flirted with a car full of drunk teenagers until I pulled off.

This is one of the better run Taco Bells I’ve ever seen.
Yes they do get busy sometimes — but their staff is very efficient and do a good job at handling lots of people.
The place is always very clean and the staff is friendly. You can tell that management is really on top of things.

I’m a fiend for these new $ 3.oo smothered burrito .
I’ll pay for the $ 1.00 upgrade for chicken or steak, the sauce, meats & cheeses make this a nice snack, that I always get 2 meals out of.
Brittany provided very kind service & provided lots of hot sauces!

My wife is obsessed with Taco Bell. It’s not that I don’t like Taco Bell, but I’m just not as crazy about it as she is. She really likes that it is inexpensive, so if we don’t want to cook and I mention Taco Bell — there is a good chance we’ll work it into the budget.
I think we got spoiled living so close to this particular one because service is always 4+ stars and I rarely have a problem with my order. They are efficient, cleaner than most and usually very friendly and inviting. I even asked for suggestions as to what I should have and the staff were happy to recommend items based on a few questions (spicy, meat type, etc.)
I’ll give it a 5 star because for a Fast Food joint, it does win our vote over most others. The quality to pricing ratio is also a big win.

I love Taco Bell and hate when I have a bad experience (food or service) because its my fast food weakness. I recently moved back to the area and frequent this location a lot. My food is prepared correctly and not skimpy and haven’t had many experiences with iffy staff like other locations. It’s also pretty clean with lots of tables to choose from.

I’ve been told by several people that this is the most profitable taco bell in the country. This information is totally believable because, just like all of these reviews mention, it’s always busy. There is a consistent line all night long up until they close, so be prepared to wait.
Besides that, the food is usually on point for taco bell, and will satisfy your desire for those dirty late night munchies.

Its a Taco Bell. Except clean, with great staff, amazing food and so much more going for it. It is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. While the previously mentioned comment regarding it always been busy is very true (its the busiest Taco Bell in Michigan I believe), that means you have fresh food, plenty of people prepping food and taking your order, etc. If you’re looking for a Taco Bell that doesn’t scream «scummy», this one is worth visiting.

I love Taco Bell as much as the next guy, unfortunately, the next guy is always here.
This is the only Taco Bell within a 15 mile radius and it shows. This place is always, always busy. Avoid the drive-​thru at all costs. In the time it takes me to go through it I could drive to my favorite Taco Bell at 14 and Crooks and be back in time to eat it in line. The people tend to be quite slow who run the drive though.
The big plus about this location is that it is open very VERY late. 4am on weekends. The inside is open till midnight, so always skip the drive though and go in if you can. Plus, they have those cool talking trash bins. The future is now!
After a long night in downtown Rochester, this is a great (and cheap) place to stop before heading home.

Taco Bell food taste unbelievable incredible when you are drunk or buzz. I have no idea why.
I usually order the chicken Chalupa and the chicken quesadillas. They are so yummy!
For some reason, when I order it from the drive thru. They usually don’t give out much sauce when I ask for it (only one pack per taco). So cheap! I want my taco fill with spicy sauce.

As good as any other Taco bell, but always has a long lines inside and out. I hope this means food is freash. They also alsways get the order right and are friendly.
