Winn Dixie

This WD is one of the nicest I’ve been too. Staff isn’t as friendly as the competitors, however the store is clean and always has sales. Cheaper than the competition most of the time.

An ex Sweetbay that looks exactly like a SB still. Dixie didn’t mess this one up. They still have most of the products SB carried plus their own. This is a big, clean, very well lit store that is probably the nicest super around. Not quite used to WD yet but were getting there. More likely to frequent them if they look more like Sweetbay than the older Winn Dixie’s around.

Oh nooooooo!!! My favorite Sweetbays has been overtaken by Winn Dixie. Breaks my heart, and my wallet !!
Went in here today since this was the grand opening weekend. Was afraid of the changes I would find. The store looked the same when I walked in, phew, produce department looked great. Off to the bakery for a package of my favorite hot dog rolls. Sorry, we no longer make them.. Then to the deli for my favorite sandwich cheese, Land O Lakes white American. Sorry we don’t have any, but we should be getting some.. Then to the fresh meat counter for some shaved steak for sandwiches. Ummm, we no longer have it by the pound. You may find a package with the packaged meats.none. One last item, sausage. You know the kind, it’s nice and thin and twirled into a circle? None, no longer carry it., are you freaking kidding me?
All the items I loved in this store were no longer. This is what made Sweetbay so special to me. The uniqueness is gone. So I left empty handed and broken hearted. Good luck Winn Dixie, you’re gonna need it. You just lost this customer.
