Walmart Neighborhood Market

I use the pharmacy at the 10 327 Big Bend Rd, Riverview, FL 33 578 Walmart Market location. I wanted to say thank you for having the most amazing staff at the pharmacy! I recently had to change pharmacy’s due to my insurance not being accepted at Walgreens and for convenience I decided to try the Walmart Market since it’s in the same shopping center. I have been a customer since October and every single time I am there I am happier and happier. They are so friendly. They refill and fill my prescriptions so fast. The drive thru never has a long wait. I’m writing today because they went above and beyond and I want to make sure someone knows about it. I called in a refill for one of my prescriptions, but I have another one coming due this week. I’ve been trying to get the timing down so I wouldn’t have to make two trips but I figured next month I’d be able to do that. I just received a phone call from Matt, who called to tell me while he was filling my one prescription that he noticed I had another one coming due and asked me if I would like that filled as well so I could pick them up together. WOW!!! Is all I can say!!! I was so impressed with him taking the extra step of calling me! This is not the level of customer service I am used to at any other pharmacy. The pharmacist and all of the pharmacy techs are awesome at this location. I visit about 3 times a month for my family and I and every single time it has been a great experience. Thank you for hiring amazing people! I’m so happy to do business with this location!

Decides to give this new store a try. Why not right?
Walked into the store and entered the produce department. No beefsteak tomatoes… then on to the green beans I needed. OMG. shriveled, slimy and disgusting looking. Turned around and walked out.
If you can’t keep fresh produce fresh. what’s wrong with the rest of the store. I’m not sticking around to find out.

Wife and I thought we would give this fairly new place a try. On the way in I noticed that their price for exchange propane was $ 4 cheaper than any one else. There was a clerk right there so I asked about the exchange policy. She didn’t know. Inside you enter into the produce dept. wife and I eat a lot of fresh produce. The stuff in here looked like a Farmers Market left over getting ready for the dumpster dept. We just walked out. So much for trying it out. Not good.

Stopped at Walmart Marketplace on my home from work. Only needed bananas and chicken broth for a sick baby. Tried to use the self checkout, but couldn’t because the young lady working that station didn’t know how to work the station. Only 3 self checkouts were working and of course they were busy because there was only 1register open. On a Friday evening at 5:45p there were only 3 people to run the registers.
When I got up to the only register that was open, the young man behind the register, said he didn’t know who the manager was, Dana something. Then told me that his register shut down because he had been signed in more than 6 hours.

Well stocked for your basic essential needs. The carts were overflowing from the parking lot. Blahhh. People just have no respect to put the carts back. Overall not bad. They also have self checkout lines. I didn’t have to wait forever to checkout either which is a plus! The workers were friendly and helpful. I have no big complaints. It’s Walmart u get what u pay for! Check it out!!!
