Just got into town and wanted a good meal. Ordered the medium sized prime rib (14 oz) medium rare, and got the soup and salad bar. The soup was a good, thick, stick to your ribs steak and potato. As soon as the prime rib came out the first thing I noticed was the overzealous coating of seasoning salt and pepper. Overlooking the seasoning I cut into it to find a well well done brown. I sent it back. The second prime rib came out and it was also coated with way too much salt but it was at least a medium pink color. After the first few bites I found the inside was still cold. Nothing worse than a microwaved prime rib. After two bites I bagged it to go and threw it away after we left.

We used Unilocal to look up restaurants in this area and this restaurant came up first. It was a motel, so I wasn’t sure it would be good. However, the food and service were both outstanding! The waitress was very attentive and our food was delicious! We ordered a hamburger amend a grilled chicken croissant with avocado and sprouts. Both were amazing! The tea was fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Stopped in here on business for a few days and ate here everyday! Food is excellent home cooking, friendly service was nice. The interior needs some updating though!
