The ambiance is probably one of the best to study at, with stable wifi & lots of tables. Unfortunately, the employees here are SO RUDE in comparison to the Starbucks on Blaine & the one in the UV Plaza.
Actually, this Starbucks probably has the rudest employees at any Starbucks location I’ve been to. My friend got judged like crazy by the baristas for ordering a cool lime refresher, which is not okay. There’s is one nice blonde girl who works cashier most of the time; she makes coming her a-​ok!
This location is literally a two minute drive from my place, and has ample study space. The actual people who come to this location are pretty interesting & very polite, too, If the service was better, this Starbucks would actually be a great place to be at.

This starbucks used to be my favorite, but it is quickly becoming my least favorite. Last night I came in to get a beverage, and there were 3 female baristas working. One taking the orders, and the other two aimlessly walking around the store putting things away and cleaning, even though there was a line of customers waiting to be helped… uhh hello… do you not see that you need to jump in and help your partner out?! Apparently not. Waited for more than 5 minutes to place my order even though I was the second customer in line. The drinks are usually up to par, but the customer experience and service is definitely two thumbs down. Most of the baristas have attitude and act as though they are too good to take my order and make my coffee. Humble yourselves, remember the fact that you work in customer service and chose to work here, and do your best to provide a great customer experience for each and every customer. If you’re burnt out, you should quit, cuz you’re just making starbucks look bad.

This is the best Starbucks in the area. I love ordering ahead with my Starbucks app here because it saves SO much time! But if you’re going to stay for a coffee it’s a good place to meet someone. There are a lot of tables inside, but the outside seating is really the best part. I’ve had many meetings and coffee dates sitting outside by the water feature. There are a couple restaurants nearby– pizza, burgers, frozen yogurt– so there’s something for everyone.

This is the best Starbucks You could ever go to! Great Vibe going on here!

This location is always super busy but the baristas never fail to be cheerful and kind to the customers. They work their tails off from dawn until dusk. I have been a regular customer for many years and am always impressed.

Starbucks is starbucks is starbucks is starbucks, but what really makes your drink experiences are the baristas which whom you interact. And with that, the Monday after Thanksgiving when I came here was a good day. They treated me with respect and took my order with ease. Not only they they were accommodating to my order but they made my drink with the holiday enthusiasm and love that I appreciate.

Love my morning drink. Friendly staff. Clean. Ask Mitch. He is the store manager.

Canyon Crest Starbucks has no drive-​thru but is a great place to grab coffee and study. Service is great, it can get pretty crowded, but they’ve always got my order right.

wow I think these employees need to be retrain! very rude with customers and make you wait in a long line. Jesus Christ!

Love Starbucks and all are great just this one in particular I had a problem with first I was waiting in line. Literally the next person there and the barista calf on talking to the other coworkers saying that I was next in line took about four minutes before they ask can I help you. not only that I it took them five more minutes to bring on my drink which was an ice coffee. being a gold member I can get a free refill, when I went back to get my free refill they told me sorry that they don’t do that @that store location I explained to her that it’s never been an issue before. after being rude and not caring about the customer I said ok and left. ive never had a problem at any other location just this one definitely not coming back. If I have a gold card why is it an issue?

I always come to this Starbucks because it’s close to where I live & work and it’s down the street from UCR. There are plenty of parking spaces since its in the canyon crest plaza. Inside is warm on cold days and cool on hot days! Especially since riverside is so hot! There’s also plenty of space to sit, study, and catch up with friends. It’s also relatively quiet. There’s also outdoor seating/​patio area where kids can play around in the fountain and you can keep an eye on them. The staff is usually always nice too and will give you whatever you want.

Drive-​Thru can take up to 30 minutes seriously! Its so bad!

I started coming here more and it’s been great. The staff works very hard, they’re incredibly friendly and my orders are great. Parking can be difficult, especially in the afternoon on weekdays but I don’t see that as something the staff ca remedy.

This place gets PACKED on weekend mornings… Seriously out of control packed! A ton of people who ride bikes in the area stop in and it’s insane.
But even with so many customers, the drinks always come out correct and fast. I’m actually impressed by the speed and efficiency. Friendly staff, and the location is great.

Starbucks always has something I want even if I do not need it. This staff always makes me feel great about my day even if their day is not so hot. Starbucks knows how to train their employees and this location is no exception to an example of that.
All the way everyday I need coffee or some delicious treat after a hard days work!

Their large ice green tea is always watered down. I’ve been there twice in the afternoon and it doesn’t appear they make their green tea like the other stores because it is done too quickly…

Love the staff in here! I work at a hair salon in the center and go here almost everyday and everyone is always so friendly! Not to mention they make my espresso drink perfectly how I love it everytime! :)

I have been a Starbucks customer for over 10 years now and never had an issue with them. Today the night shift employees at this location were incredibly unprofessional. They left the drinks in the corner and thirty minutes later, it was to my surprise that my frappuccino had melted half way already. Then to my dismay, I came back from using the restroom and it looks like the employees were so eager to wrap up and call it a night that they started putting seats over my table DESPITE how my laptop bag was still on the seat. I have never felt this strong sense of unprofessionalism from Starbucks. I expect more than that from them, a coffee company that supposedly focuses so much on customer service.

they need fix their outlet … all of them around me have been broken ! Fix it! It makes Starbucks losing it reputation ! And this store need a drive through
