Customer service was amazing! I ordered a tall coffee, and the barista said they are brewing some new coffee, and that it would be a little bit, and gave me a coffee on the house! So nice. It made my day.

This location is always packed! So I started ordered via the app, problem worth that is this store had such a heavy pour on milk and the app doesn’t allow for notes. My usual is a Starbucks Double Shot on ice, which is suppose to have a shot(1oz) of milk. Instead I get more milli than espresso which is not okay, especially since I’m lactose intolerant so too much milk is not good for me, but a shot I can handle. Not sure how to fix this store, Better training for high volume, more people working. Or just go down the street to the Blaine location which seems way more prepared for high volume.

I sent my boyfriend here to pick up my usual green tea latte while he was waiting for me to pick him up after school. First of all, I normally get a size venti(large) and it always comes out to $ 4.25. Why they charged him $ 4.75 for a grande(medium) is beyond me. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until I got home that the drink itself was extremely poorly made and watered down and no froth at all. I don’t like to complain but for almost $ 5 for a small cup of tea and milk, it should at least be drinkable. Really disappointed. I will stick with the location on Blaine for now on even though its a bit farther.

Oh Starbucks, my love! I hate that this Starbucks is off campus but I enjoy the convenience that having one near campus is. The baristas here are friendly as always, and I really enjoy chatting with them if they’re free. They’re always glad to offer recommendations and they’re pretty sincere about it. Their ordering system like all Starbucks is very efficient and you get through the line quickly. The pace for getting your drinks can be a bit slow and the prices hurt your wallet just a bit but it’s totally worth it for a nice cup of caffeine.

It’s Starbucks! What every college student needs during midterms and finals. Came into Starbucks in the morning for a coffee fix and I was worried that they would take long on my order because I had class so I came in a bit earlier. They made my order within 5 minutes even though there were a lot of people in front of me so that was great! Also, staff was great!

All Starbucks are the same in my eyes. I mean, what do you expect from such a large corporation? I like going here to study but that’s pretty much it. Spaces are tight unless you get a table and their charging pods are awesome(you’re probably familiar with them — corporations tend to have the same things at every branch!!! :^)) and super convenient. My go-to drink here is the green tea frap(with no adjustments) and I don’t know why it is? Every time it’s blended and I get to the bottom of the cup, I get a chunk of ice at the bottom. And I feel like it’s not as matcha packed as Coffee Bean’s. Their snacks are also like every other branch but I recently got the lemon loaf and it was falling apart in my hands because there was so much butter and/or oil used to make it. I felt like death afterwards. So in short, if you have to live up to your capitalist deeds, I would recommend going to Coffee Bean(on UCR campus) if it’s possible for you!

The staff was super nice! My biggest complaint is that all of the outlets on one side of the store do not work. Really? How is that okay? Get someone in there and fix it! You are Starbucks! It isn’t as though you can’t afford it! Have to leave-no power for my laptop. Sigh…

Ok service. Not the best but not the worse I’ve gotten. There’s always bums outside :/ The café is bigger than most. The bathroom is dirty.

TERRIBLESTARBUCKS. Does not represent the Starbucks Company honorably. Have been mistreated several times by several different employees. Have been given hell About the type of drink I like. My drink is difficult and requires several modifications. Even when they get it wrong they complain and make mean comments about having to redo it. Shoot stinky eyballs at me. Roll their eyes at me. Use sarcasm. Sigh in exasperation. Downright nasty. I thought the sign said if you dont like your drink will make it right again. I recommend going around the corner and going to the freestanding Starbucks where everyone is beautiful has a great attitude polite welcoming warm and amazing. Because this one blows, save yourself a bad morning, save yourself bad attitudes, save yourself blind hate sarcasm and unfriendliness. Go somewhere else!!!

I love how this place is so conveniently close to school and my apartment. It’s my go to study place because there’s always a lot of seats open. The only down side to this location is that it attracts homeless people or people of that sort. I normally don’t mind them, but recently I’ve been trying to study there and all I can smell is a bad odor coming from them. I feel like I could almost taste it in my drink. There’s normally a lot of crumbs on the tables like other reviewers have mentioned. I would normally have to wipe down the table myself before bringing out my laptop. Another down side is that the tables by the windows are restricted of wall outlets. So it’s really difficult to study there sometimes when there isn’t a wall outlet to charge my computer when there’s only wall outlets at the end of each end of the table. But overall, the drinks and customer service is good.

I ordered a french press this morning — very simple. I find this is the best way aside from the Clover, to get the most out of my cup of coffee. I should have turned around and walked out when the cashier didn’t seem to sure of herself after I ordered. I keep having faith that one day I’ll love my cup of coffee at Starbucks almost as much as I love it when I make it at home. We got the french press, it was 1⁄3 full of grounds(waaaaay too much) & the coffee itself barely filled one mug. There are two of us. I like my coffee strong but this was syrupy. I’m not one to use a ton if half & half but was forced to use enough to turn the coffee luke-warm. I asked the barista about it & she seemed unsure as well. Kind of just shrugged it off. I hate to be one of those people who directs employees but come on… I should have asked them re-make it but there was a huge line & didn’t want to make other customers wait longer than they already had been waiting. It would be super sweet if Starbucks employees were trained to make real coffee just as well as they are trained to make the sugary«coffee» drinks. I ended up throwing it away & asking to have a cup of whatever they had brewed up.(Pike Place — ew). Not impressed, Starbucks.

Typical Starbucks location. Clean, friendly service, always busy in the mornings. Constant UCR student traffic(I’m one of them). There are places to sit outside as well as inside. My favorite drinks to order are the Oprah Chai Tea Latte and a Cinnamon Dolce Latte(I like lattes). Not in the most convenient location; its on the far corner and does not have a drive-thru.

LOVELOVELOVE the morning crew at this location. They are super friendly, always get my drink right, and remember my name. :) Even though I live closer to Canyon Crest, I always come here. Such a great crew, can’t speak highly enough about them.

Can I just say«I am tired and bored and why am I working here?» This is the attitude of the server«a». Place is not short of traffic since is in the UCR student feeding grounds. Place is filthy not at all like the other Starbucks we have cookie crumbs all over where we sat. Pretty sad when energy is this low for a coffee pick me up place.

I wanted to do three separate orders to maximize my gold card membership because Starbucks drinks are way over priced anyway. I go to Starbucks because it’s convenient and there’s free wifi. However the cashier said no. So I said can I do two orders? And he said no. I said okay you are gonna loose money, and he said that’s fine. I guess they don’t need my business, but they are sure gonna get my review.

Starbucks coffee to save the day! I ended up in Riverside with no car. I was so thankful Starbucks was located near my hotel! Ordered my usual: Doppio over ice with white mocha & sugar-free vanilla.(double up on the syrups if you like it sweet) Tastes like Vietnamese coffee without the jitters. ;) I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, turkey bacon, egg whites & cheese. I’ll pass on the sandwich next time & order the wraps instead. Overall, the baristas are nice, place is clean. Can’t go wrong with Starbucks coffee!
