This Starbucks is consistently messing up my order. I asked for a Carmel Frap with no drizzle and no whip… They gave me a drink with Carmel all over the inside of my cup and drizzled on top… I asked them to fix my drink and instead of making me a brand new drink they instead put the drink into another cup so that there was no Carmel on the side of the cup. Now there is big chunks of Carmel in my drink… What kind of customer service is that?!?

I would give 0 stars,.This Starbucks is on my daily commute to work. But I can NEVER go here due to the long drive thru line that is all the way out into the Main Street. I am really surprised there hasn’t been any accidents due to the traffic lined up. I’ve tried to bypass and park but the parking lot is tiny and full as well. Many times u can’t even get passed the drive thru line to get to the parking lot. I BYPASS this one completely now and go to the Starbucks drive thru in Moreno Valley on DAY street. Even if there is a line. It’s moving and I’m done within 5min tops! Pls pls get this place faster workers w better team work or more help!

I’m only giving this a 2 due to the extremely poor parking and drive through. This location is in a crowded mini shop everywhere and finding parking is not the business. To top it off the drive through has been poorly design and the amount of traffic not taken into consideration, it’s an accident waiting to happen. I’ve had several people yell at me in there car as we try to enter and exit. I’m a firm believer that you want customers to have access to your business without the fuss of trying to find a spot.

The drive thru takes forever so don’t go thru there. The baristas walk around slowly while the is a line in front and drive thru. Midnight crew is definitely rude and morning crew is stocking when that’s suppose to be they duty of midnight crew

Tried the strawberry Acai refresher with coconut milk. It was all watered down and no coconut milk flavor at all. I also requested light ice and actually got more ice than usual. ¾ of my cup was all ice

Attention UCR students. Look no further. Whether it’s grabbing an iced caramel macchiato with two extra shots at 2AM or wanting to get away from the stress that the library may give you(or does that just happen to me?!), this is my go-to location. There is a location in the UV but I will go out of my way just to come here. I love coming to study here around 7 or 8PM because it’s so spacious inside unlike the Starbucks in the UV and I just love the atmosphere. Also, the fact that they know how to make a fog tea latte is a maaaaajor plus in my book. Every time I come here, there is always a blonde lady(I believe her name is Kasi?) working here who seems to be an OG and knows what she is doing and tops it off with the best service ever. So major kudos because she’s an amazing employee. Just a fair warning, however, the drive thru can be brutal and chaotic. You WILL wait in your car for a good 30 minutes before you finally get your drink whether it’s 9AM12PM or 5PM. The parking can also get super hectic and the whole area is just so tight and stressful with people trying to enter as you try to exit with no room to spare. If you can get past that, this place is the bees knees. Also, love that they are always on top of my mobile orders when I want to skip the line, despite how busy they constantly are. The only downside to studying inside is that the music can get a little too loud and you’ll see homeless people lingering outside, coming in and out as they leave their phones inside on the charge…

Slowest and service in riverside county. The only Starbucks I have ever been to that make you feel like a bother when you come to the counter. At the drive thru you have to repeat the order at least twice because they don’t listen and once they get the order you have to send it back more often then not. The Gm of this unit should be absolutely ashamed of the staff. It’s a mess in the café and the trash is always over flowing. Disgusting store!

Asked for a blended Carmel mociato, got a juice, straw was broke and drink was venti but maybe had 17ozs of drink. What a fail! How come I never have this problem, specially when the window person says these drinks never hold ice. Next time I guess I’ll just go to mcdonalds.

Waited in the drive-thru line forever, and I was like«ok whatever it’s fine, they’re busy» But then, I ordered a caramel macchiato with EXTRA shots of coffee, light caramel, light ice. When I got it, it straight up looked and tastes like a big cup of milk and there’s also NO ice in it at all. Yeah, I didn’t pay $ 5 for this. Terrible quality. Won’t be coming back to this location.

This is my first time at this Starbucks. I came in and ordered a hot green tea as simple as it sounds Kasi was SUPERNICE she helped me with the drink got me some honey to go with it. And after a little I felt that the tea had to have more honey so she happily got me more honey and made me feel very welcomed in here. Will definitely will come back every night just because Kasi is great and all the team members as well(: !

Zero stars… Really bad service. I work nearby and always use the mobile app to preorder but the purpose of ordering ahead of time is all for naught when you get there 30 minutes later and the drinks haven’t been made or have been«lost». On top of that the baristas seem lost behind the counter and have rude attitudes. This Starbucks doesn’t live up to expectations. Get it together management aka Leo.

I want to update my review because even though I was scared to go back because of my last experience I still love Starbucks and love the fact that this one has a drive thru it’s very convenient when you don’t want to be seen in a big shirt and sweats lol so I was just there like 5 or 10 min ago ordered my usual double chocolate chip frappuccinno and I must say it tastes delicious sorry for being a pain in the ass last time and only leaving a one star review but I was truly upset bye guys

This is the only Starbucks that I don’t like to go to. Forget about getting down and enjoying your coffee inside, first of all, there’s hardly ever any parking, then once you do park, the place is always way too crowded and there’s never a good place to sit. Now if you feel like going through the drive-thru thinking that would be a better experience, be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes before you get to even ORDER, then once you get to the window, wait another couple minutes only to have a rude barista give you looks like YOU’RE the one taking too long to pay for your order that’s NOTEVENREADY, and then once you do get your order, drive off only to discover that they got your order WRONG after all that. This Starbucks is right by my house, but instead of going here for my morning coffee, I take a 10 minute detour on my way to work to a different Starbucks just so I don’t have to deal with this location and the headaches that come with it.

25 minutes In the drive thru and my drink was wrong-25 minutes, on a Wednesday afternoon. My Starbucks double shot on ice somehow ended up with an iced Americano of some sort. Ugh. And of course it’s too late to turn around and drive back. Sigh. Won’t be coming here for anything more complicated than iced coffee _-_

I was extremely disappointed with the drive through service. After placing my order and driving to the window, they left me out there for quite a few minutes before acknowledging me. Then when they handed me my order of mini vanilla bean scones, there was only one in the bag when it’s an order of three. When I asked about the other two, she wanted to charge me $ 2.50 more. An order of 3 is not $ 3.75. Never thought I need to check my order or receipt at a Starbucks. Lesson learned for me. And I have as only second in line and they were not busy.
