Baker’s Drive Thru

Pretty good. Can’t complain. First place we tried in riverside while apartment hunting. Inexpensive and satisfying.

Overall, I love Baker’s don’t get me wrong. What sets them apart with most fast food restaurants is they have employees that deliver food to your table if you’re eating in like Carl’s Jr does. And it’s not just that, but they charge you for refills which I find ridiculous. I know some places do it, but Baker’s is a well-​known fast food restaurant within the Riverside and San Bernardino communities. It’s just $ 0.25−0.35, but many customers aren’t going to be happy and pleased having to pay each time to get a refill.
Their food is good and delicious! Like their radio commercial goes, «Great food, close to home. Come to Baker’s!» relates to the residents of these counties that great food is nearby lol. Now if only they had a Baker’s in Baker, CA haha. You can’t go wrong with their Taco Tuesdays, their Sausage and Egg Burritos, Not So Big Nachos, Chili Cheese Fries, and just about anything on their extensive menu. What keeps me coming back isn’t just the food, but how the business handles complaints. If the business doesn’t handle an incident to your satisfaction, would you come back? I know I won’t.
If you’re unable to call this store or any store in particular like in Corona, go to their website and file a complaint with their Corporate HQ’s. This store whenever I call often has a fax signal preventing me to speak to a manager throughout the day sometimes. If you can’t get a hold of a manager that is where you would go as a last resort. I have my food wrong at this location and Corona stores, sometimes reaching a manager and not. If you talk to the manager at the store, they’ll replace your order on your next visit!

This is so difficult to write. The food & service was Excellent. The only thing that would keep me from returning is their policy to charge for drink refills. In the 35 years I’ve been living in California this policy is VERY rare. After spending about $ 1.75 + for a soda (very high profit item) they ask for another $.25 to refill the drink. That I think is uncalled for. I believe that they are not being competitive and unfair, not to mention not a good marketing strategy. I’m certainly not saying the $.25 is too much, just leaves a «Bad taste» in my mouth (pun intended). A bit uncalled for. We probably won’t return anytime soon.

Love the (half pound) fries with spicy ketchup. Other fries with this ketchup just doesn’t taste the same. Burgers taste a bit more fresh than at other fast food restaurants (of course not In-​n-​Out fresh.) Burgers are a bit pricier because some other b&m restaurants sometimes have deals like 99 cents hamburgers or coupons but overall the food is good and leaves less of a greasy taste in my mouth compared to other places. Sometimes they have a Deal of the Day like half priced nachos we got last night. Not bad. Combined with the taste and pretty good service (haven’t come across a rude employee or had negative experience here) is probably why there’s usually two to four cars in drive thru line.

a bit pricey for not so big portions. milkshakes are great. I get one every time I go to Baker’s and service is fast. It’s a must when i’m on the road.

Everytime I have come here I have had great service. Ofcourse that usually on my way to work in the morning. I have never hone during lunch and I never will again. Apparently their lunch crew can not handle lunch rush. I ordered a value meal and they have a special add a dasani water for $ 1…so I did. When I got to the 1^st window the guy quoted me a way higher amount than I was quoted at the speaker. I questioned it. He was nice but seemed new and didn’t know how to answer my question. So I paid and decided I would take care of it at the 2^nd window. The girl at the 2^nd qindow was rude… Then she tells me I can not get the $ 1 dasani special because it is only for certain meals. When I asked which ones she told me to go read the sign. So I did, I Pulled back through and read the sign… it said «enjoy a dasani for $ 1 with your meal». It didn’t specify which combo and honestly it just said «meal» it didn’t specify it had to be a combo at all… so I guess according to the sign I should be able to get a $ 1 dasani if I order just a taco as that is technically a meal.

First off the line is super long here around 11:30−12 Monday thru Friday because many people from the County of Riverside buildings or from University of Riverside come here on their lunch breaks or before/​after/​in between class (s). So if you’re in a hurry, avoid coming here during the lunch rush because it will take you forever to get through the line. Customer service seems to be on point. Food is just so so. My Boca burger combo was okay. The Boca burger tasted fine, not good or bad, the grows were typical Bakers status, and drink was nice and cold. I guess my only complaint is how long the line gets. I would come to this location again if I found myself in this area in the future. But only if I had ample time to wait in line for days.

Bakers is a fast food, American style restaurant. This one is on Blaine, Riverside, off the 60fwy. They have pretty good hamburgers. Today I got the double burger with cheese. Service is great and they keep the place really clean. They also offer a variety of vegetarian options.

Just went to Bakers for taco Tuesday. .first taco… shell was stale. .bit into second taco stale shell as well… really? Don’t even want to eat the other one. .and im already back to work or I would have drove back

I love bakers however every time I go to this specific locations I’m served the worst root beer float. When I asked if I could get it remade they refused & said i had to pay for a new one if I wanted???

Great place, always a neat environment from really friendly staff. My problem is that there like no salt on my fries.

Bakers drive through is always fresh and clean. Service is always the best. Food is great. I eat here more than I should.

Not your typical fast food restaurant. The food is great and always fresh. They have a large variety of foods on their menu. The older woman at the drive thru is exceptionally sweet and patient. My indecisiveness didn’t even phase her. If your passing through the inland empire. Try Bakers!

Oh my this place sucks I just got a papa #4 with barbacoa and it had nothing in it! All that was there was a dry floury tortilla! Yuck what a rip off, not exaggerating maybe a tablespoon of barbacoa if that!!! $ 7.55…will not return there! Waste of time unless you like tortilla burritos!!!

I used to come to Baker’s all the time when I lived in Riverside for college, so coming back to the IE for the day, I had to stop at Baker’s.
I get the Papa #7, which is the Chicken Quesadilla. Make sure to get it with fries and a coke. I love adding a strawberry shot to the drink because at the bottom of your drink you will find chunks of strawberries. I don’t know one person that doesn’t like chunks of strawberries in their coke.
There was also a very nice lady working. She was striking conversation with everyone and even offered to bring my food when it was ready.
Awesome service. Cheap food. And strawberry Coke!

One of the best cheeseburgers in town. Awesome fries and love the power size. It really comes handy when you’re with a gf or bf since with power size you get half a pound of fries and a super large soda.
This place is really clean and staff are nice and friendly. Have been here many times and they’re always on top of their job.

The taco burger I got for $ 1.00 today was pretty good. They almost over did it with the lettuce, but other than that, it was pretty good… no complaints :-)

They have horrible quesadillas and their guacamole ad chips are nasty. Steer clear from the «Mexican» food.
The burgers are okay, and their fries aren’t memorable. I do like to get my chocolate milkshake and dip them in fries though, they’re pretty good like that.
My SO said that he doesn’t like bakers because the meat in his burger was not cooked the last time he ate there so he had to throw his food away because the center was raw. I haven’t had that sort of experience here but I wouldn’t doubt that it could happen to some customers.
The customer service is great! They are very friendly and attentive! The ambiance is rather depressing but usually I get my food to go. I haven’t come here that often because the food isn’t worth the price. I’d rather go to jack in the box and McDonald’s of course.
