I only come here to get a great deal in Medical Scrubs, other than that I’d rather avoid this place as much as possible. Not only is it messy, but the customer service here is terrible! I prepared myself ahead of time by having my ATM in hand because with my past experience, they practically rush you through checkout. I was in shock when the lady at the register yelled at us (waiting in line) and said, «If you want quick check out service, take the hangers off your clothes and hang them on the rack in the isle». I immediately thought, what kind of customer service is that? Then to make matters worse, when I approached checkout the cashier says, «go ahead and swipe your card» before she even rang up my items! I’m sorry but no one should have to swipe their card and punch in their pin before knowing their total! There’s no knowledge of customer service in this place or respect of privacy or personal space. If I thought Ross was getting bad, this place is much worse.

If you got time to kill, like A LOT of time oh and money to spend then come here for cheap prices and somewhat okay quality items. I spent nearly 2 hours in here just trying to look for activewear clothing. You really have to search for what you want. The aisles are really small, fit for one person and a cart. The whole store is messy with clothes on the floor, shoes are all over the floor and different sizes in the wrong section. You’re only allowed 5 items in the fitting room. Oh, super crowded in the store.
