We were looking for new vanity tops when I came upon Complete Home Concepts. The salesperson, Breanna, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Not only did we get new bathroom vanity tops but also kitchen counter tops as well. The whole process went smoothly. Would absolutely go back.

After I was sent to the right person, my problem was resolved. I would use Lavina Duesnbery at Complete Home Concepts again, for certain. She is the person that resolved my issues. Although it was a more frustrating experience than necessary, the finished products (shower doors and fireplace) are truly outstanding and I have received many compliments. So, take my first review (written in frustration) with the knowledge I ended up a satisfied customer.

save your money and time. chc is rude and could not care less about the customer. seriously top to bottom stay away. they are the worst and oh so frustrating expensive and painful to deal with. we will never use them for any project.

We have been completely dissatisfied with the service from Complete Home Concepts. The serviceman came out to service our fireplace and the fireplace was broken again within a week. When we asked for the serviceman to return, they told us they would charge us again and would need not be able to send anyone out for quite some time.
