Beware of huge increases off of original bid — I had the salesman come out and bid a job on my house. Since it was in the middle of the winter, it took a while for them to get ready to do the work. Then, they came back out to get a final material list and provided a «new» bid that was 40% higher than the original. They would not stand by their original bid amount and the second bid was higher than 3 other companies I had checked into previously. So, I can’t say how good their work is, but I can honestly state they do not have any «integrity».
