I was drawn by the great commercials to come check this place out. But after getting there, I felt like the sales guy really didn’t take the time to understand my needs, I also felt that he spoke down to me. I was really looking to purchase so I’m disappointed with my experience. He rushed me through so fast, I don’t even know if I can comment on the inventory. I will have to try a new store to purchase the fireplace of my dreams

Your staff is always wonderful. I have always been satisfied with your service. I love the fact that you still bill yourself as Troost Fireplace and BBQ Center, because my family remembers those days, too.

We had a great experience purchasing ventless gas logs here a couple years back. The install was also scheduled without problems and we have really enjoyed using the fireplace. We usually keep the pilot light on all year, but while we were out of town over the summer, our teenager and his friends got nervous over the hissing sound and shut off the gas to the fireplace. When I called today to ask about lighting the pilot light, Mike was so friendly and helpful without making me feel stupid about being nervous to light it myself. They are coming out on Wednesday to do it for me. It’s really nice to run into someone with natural customer service skills. I highly recommend this place.
