Always does an excellent job and her prices are reasonable. I’ve gone other places and had not as good results for a lot more money. I’ve taken about 10 items to her in total. She’s also very quick on the turnaround!

I have brought many items to be altered here.
Her work is very good and if and it’s a BID IF there are issues bring it back. I had some uniform pants hemmed and the thread did not hold after the first wash, no biggie she just resewed them.
I like this place. Service is friendly and prompt. I needed some items taken in and was leaving for vacation (oh the pre vacation diet worked) and she had these for me within days
Yes there is definitely a lack of organization but I’ve never has anything lost.

Have taken 3 – 4 pairs of pants to House of Tailors of 2 separate occasions. The alterations were done well and the pants are now the perfect length.
The reason I don’t give 5 stars. When I went to pick up my $ 100+ new jeans, the woman could not find them. I tried to remain calm, but was obviously worried. Her organization system is non-​existent. She had me come into the back room and search through the racks with her (weird). After about 15 – 20 minutes of searching we found them and they were not done. She asked if I could come back in a few hours. I hope this is an isolated incident, because she does do a good job.
