I have been bringing her my alterations for years and she always is very friendly and does a great job. I have tried other tailors from time to time because I don’t live in Rio Rancho but always decide to make the long drive to use her again. Sometimes she doesn’t have them ready when requested so call her first to make sure they are ready to pick up.

My husband took a suit and dress pants in to get some alterations — the work was decently done however it took a really long time to get it done. Not really having had alterations done before we just thought maybe that’s how long it took??? We have since tried out other shops and have found that they are much swifter and just as good — if not better. We would come here simply because they are closer to where we live however it would have to be something that we didn’t need fast.

Ok I agree sometimes the deadline for your clothes is a moving deadline, but if you are firm with your date your clothes will be ready
She’s a really good tailor. I have been using her for years, alas cannot remember her name!

Took a couple of suits in for alterations here. They did a good job, but it took a couple of tries on one of the suits (not necessarily a knock on them – I know that’s just a fact of life as far as altering suits go). The only real problem I had was that they weren’t necessarily finished when they originally promised them. I’m glad I wasn’t working against a deadline, but then maybe that was the problem, too. If I’d given them a hard need they might have been more serious about it. At any rate, I’d go back again, but the service wasn’t enough to wow me.
