Talked with Kroger pharmacy and was told to go here. perhaps a partnership in place. I failed to ask if I could pay cash in lieu of using my insurance. No wait time, I was the only visitor. No frills, typical of tiny ER, convenient, staff pleasant, one front office person, one doc, no certifications hanging on the wall, not sure if this is a franchise. Had to ask for a business card which states no times but web shows open 9 a to 9 p. My RX was electronically sent to pharmacy, told to wait 45 minutes. I called back to ask a question but was told the doc was gone. Hopefully close by if an emergency came through the door. Did receive a return phone call from the front desk person after she had called the doc. If I should get a phone call tmw to ask about my condition, and the condition is improved, star ratings will change. TBD.
