Terrible delivery time. Food was cold. It took 1.5 hours to deliver. And then lettuce was soggy.

This is my first experience with the stuffys on midlothian and I am very under whelmed. The service is slow. The customer service is lacking. It took an hour and a half for my food to be delivered 2 miles from the stor and it arrived cold. The only reason this gets two stars and not one is because the delivery driver was very nice.

My sandwich was pretty good albeit overpriced for what it is. My husband said his steak & cheese wasn’t that great, and it was really dry. The tables were dirty & sticky but otherwise was pretty clean. You pay $ 2 extra for 4 onion rings which I think is also high. An ok experience but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

pre-portioned meat, skimpy on the veg on a roll that’s too too soft. overpriced to boot. is it good in a pinch? sure. but i’d have to be pretty damn desperate for a sub to get it from stuffy’s. i hope that their other locations are better.
