IHOP

Came in on a pretty slow day and the service was slow as well. Ordered my food and when I received it, the French toast was poorly prepared, there was egg everywhere, my eggs was crunchy and almost felt as if there was some type of shell in it and they were supposed to be scrambled with cheese. The hash browns were cold by the time I received them and it felt almost as if they didn’t care, only about whatever they were conversing about In the kitchen.

Horrible service. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to our table to take our drink order. We had to get someone’s attention to get service. When the waitress came she seemed like she had an attitude. I will not be returning to this location.

Went here earlier today when the restaurant was at barely 25% capacity. After waiting for over five minutes and not seeing a server to take my drink order, I opted to leave and get fast food. I likely will not be coming back to this location ever.

The only thing worse than the service was the food. Came in for an early breakfast, waited over 10 minutes for a cup of water. The coffee seemed like they put double the amount in to brew, so strong it was almost undrinkable. The eggs were gross, seemed like instant eggs. But the worst was the pancakes, at IHOP no less, they were so undercooked I couldn’t even eat them plus they were COLD ! The entire experience was awful. I’ll never set foot in that place again. The waitstaff were inattentive as well.

Food was horrible pancakes came to oyr table ice cold and had to send them back coffee was terrible our omelets had some kind of i know its not cheesse stuff that i am stilling tasting 8 hours later… dont waste your time eatting here and save your $$$ we will never eat at IHOP anywhere

40 minute wait with no apology from manager, July 22, 2015. The manager claimed there were ‘many tables’ when there were only two other tables seated. We’ve actually been here for 50 minutes, are the only ones in the entire restaurant and are still waiting on an order of pancakes.

This is my second time at this location 1^st time was night of my bday party and they put us in our own room it was very nice becauSe we were very loud. So far so good they always seat us pretty quick didn’t even have to wait more than 3 mins. I love the pancakes

The staff is always very nice and efficient. My drink or my coffee is always full. The management staff is on the floor and go around to check on their staff and the customers.
My food is very consistent and typical for IHOP. So that’s good. I love their french toast and turkey sausage. They also have turkey bacon available for breakfast plates and for BLT sandwiches if you like that.
It’s great for large parties, they try to make sure that all the peoples food comes out at the same time so that everyone can eat at the same time.
Our server this time we went explained that he also has a large party that he was serving so that was nice. Even though he had a large group my coffee was always hot and full carafe. He kept us informed about when our food was coming up and when he put our order in and how it was coming along in the kitchen. He was a great server and appreciated his conscientiousness about letting us know that he hadn’t forgotten our food and U.S. Even though he had that large group.

The food was as good as any IHOP however the service was horrible the hostess was not pleasant at all. I believe her name was Jamia Look I’m sorry you have a job you don’t like if you are that miserable at work then get another job you are bringing the whole place down Steve our server on the other hand was a pleasure very professional and we’ll versed in the menu

This IHOP is great. They always make me feel special even if it’s packed and the service is always fast and courteous. While the menu isn’t anything fancy but it’s IHOP, what did you expect?
I suggest the cinnamon French toast or the chocolate chip pancakes. This location also has a full dinner menu, so it’s fine to get pancakes for lunch or fried chicken at 9am. Bring everyone and prepare yourself for some excellent comfort food no matter what time it is!

NEVER GO TO THIS IHOP… they have a COP there ALL THE TIME. My mom left her iPhone on the table and the next minute we turn around to get it, it was gone. YES, the manager did go in to see the recordings, but I DID NOT SEE THE RECORDING…
We left the store an hour ago and it’s pathetic that these people are such THIEVES. Management is surely involved if they cannot track the thief. The night before, many phones were stolen (07/​26/​2014) and then tonight my mom’s!

The food was good but the atmosphere sucked. Got seated where they throw the kids seats and I mean «throw». The manager kept yelling the whole time I was there. I go between this one and the one on hull street looks like I’ll only got hull street now.

New menus, one item smacked me in the face is my favorite, country omelette, increased in price by $ 2! Now $ 9.69.
New menu items include new French Toast made from Brioche. looks great so i ordered the Banana version. They also have strawberry and peach. Cynthia, the waitress, brought to my attention the differences in prices — only difference is bacon: 2 pieces bacon, hash browns and 2 Brioche French toast, $ 6.99; 4 pieces bacon, $ 7.99, etc. so, going for the Brioche rather than my norm, the country omelette.
Restaurant appears clean and neat. Wait staff is excellent — professional, friendly and kind. Nice and quiet place with good Muzak in the background. Silverware nice and clean and in good condition. Iced tea excellent (normally I only drink coffee but today it’s warm outside and I was driving with the top down, so very thirsty).
Hash browns a tiny bit over cooked but he eggs, over medium, perfect!

Go elsewhere, takes far too long to get cold eggs. the kitchen can not handle the amount of people that can fit in this restaurant

I’m trying to figure out why a chain restaurant that been open at least 10 years hasn’t been reviewed! Ah, I can answer that! iIts a chain restaurant! My wife and I like breakfast about anytime. Every once in a while when we don’t feel like cooking, hmmmm, that’s just about every day, we go out! So about 7:30PM we went to the IHOP on Midlothian Twp. It was either Denny’s or Bobby Evans or Chesterfield Diner, it may be closed at that time. Hence a coin toss, IHOP! Actually they have a $ 4.99 breakfast of 2 eggs, choice of meat and hash browns plus pancakes. That’s not the worst thing to chow down on quickly. It’s fine! Had better, but its quick and this IHOP Is clean and neat! We had a server, Trey, well, Trey is great! So polite and courteous, there’s a lot of servers who could learn a lot by hanging around him. Oh, for an extra buck, blueberry pancakes! Not busy, a bit slow! A-Ok…That’s about all the news that’s fit to print! …LOL!
