This location continues to dissapoint. Ordered a caramel latte, extra hot. Not quite sure what they consider extra hot, but mine was not even medium hot. The cup was clearly marked. I was running late and wanted a good drink, next time I will just do without. When I pay $ 5.18 for a coffee, I darn well want it the way I ordered it. By the way, lattes are not supposed to have foam are they? Mine had a good inch on top. I hate the foam, this I why I order lattes.

My go to Starbucks. Staff is friendly and they do whatever they can to make the drinks awesome! Have a nice selection of the holiday goods on sale right now as well.

Was told they close at 8:30 on Sundays instead of 9pm. Not nearly my favorite Starbucks in town, either. Try Robinson St., the one near the river road shopping center, the one in the village shopping center, or the one on Libbie and Grove.
Or avoid Starbucks completely b/​c there’s a growing local coffee scene in RVA. On the southside, Taza (brand new) and Crossroads Coffee & Ice Cream. North of the river, try Carytown Bistro, Black Hand, Urban Farmhouse, or Lamplighter.
