Asked for a drink extra hot, and it was barely warm. They seemed a little peeved when I asked them to remake it.

Richmond, VA
This is one of my favorite Starbucks. They will let you drink from their collection of city cups and have them from all over the world. They are friendly and cheerful, and the baristas really appear to love making and serving drinks. I go here a lot and it is fairly regular and busy with traffic but there is always seating available.
