Dont go here or buy anything from them… The guy that owns the place is a thief, People order bikes and have to pay ahead for them. Then he will never order them or offer a refund… i seen it first hand. I worked for him. I still get calls on my personal cell phone from clients he robbed. I have to go to court. And help one of the clients get there money back by being a witness.

Three bike shops in Carytown all within a block or so… pretty tight competition you would think. But this one doesn’t seem to care about potential customers or customer service. In fact, their customer service sucks! My first visit there was with a friend shopping for a new bike in early December 2015. The employee knew nothing about bikes. He couldn’t correctly answer even the simplest questions about the differences in the various types of bikes. It was embarrassing to both me & my friend that was bike shopping. Then, I tried to call the shop to ask about a Groupon for bike maintenance. For days, their phone was out of service. I eventually went by the bike shop in person. According to their web site, they closed at 7PM that day. I arrived at 6:50. But no one home! Called the emergency number on the door and talked to Robert. He was very apologetic. Said no problem using the maintenance Groupon on our tandem! So I bought the Groupon. Today, walked my tandem to the store to drop it off for the maintenance work. At 11:45AM on a Monday, the store was closed… Called again and found out they were closed as they were going thru stuff in storage. And… they would no longer honor the Groupon even though it is supposed to be valid for another 4 months! So why would anyone work with these clowns? Two other bike shops a stone’s throw away that are staffed by people that know bikes and are open to the public when they say they are open! Don’t waste your time or money. Go to a real bike shop!

I purchased my bike today from the shop. David helped me pick out the perfect bike for my needs. I am under 5 feet, so I needed a 16 inch bike. This shop was one of the only places that could fulfill my needs(another shop tried to sell me a child’s bike). I was able to test ride the bike and kick the tires a bit. The shop had a great deal going on my bike, it was under $ 300 and that included a helmet of my choice, plus I was able to pick out either a riding jersey or some biking shorts. The store also has some awesome high quality bikes. I am a novice rider, and am getting back to riding, so I only drooled on those :) Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of service and product here. I found the prices to be extremely reasonable, staff friendly and very helpful. The shop was clean, bright, and in an excellent location, there’s a lot of free parking in Carytown. I hope to be a lifelong customer!
