I will say that I am a much bigger fan of AT&T than I use to be. The representative took his time and didn’t rush me into a decision on what phone I chose, but he also made good suggestions based on how I would use the phone. I went in dead set on one, but picked another(Galaxy S6 Active). Very knowledgeable, very professional, and the service has not shown in any way it that it intends to let me down. Thanks for the new phone and service!

Never ever would I have believed that I would write a positive review for a mobile phone carrier in my life but my recent experiences here have made me such a loyalist to AT&T that I feel clinically insane. After two and a half years of hard work my iPhone 4 randomly decided to quite working. There was not incident that prompted this — just one moment it was working and the next moment it was completely dead. In my overly connected world this would have been a travesty — especially considering I was 3000 miles away from home and had been released from the hospital from having abdominal surgery the day before. I immediately went to my computer and found the closest AT&T store which luckily was in walking distance so I hobbled over to the store and walked out with the new iPhone 5. Total phone down time = 32 minutes. They were efficient, knowledgeable and right to the point. But that’s not all… A week later I noticed that for some reason my new phone was not sending emails as it should have been. I figured it was some setting that I probably messed up but I decided to go back to the store for a little help. I was promptly greeted and my issues were addressed. As I assumed, it was user error(mine!) and not a problem with the phone and they graciously fixed it and then… the manager and two employees kindly reviewed my plan, discussed my iPad plan and found a better plan for me after they tediously and thoroughly reviewed my usage for the past year. Seriously this was customer service WAY above and beyond my expectations. Kevin, the manager, and the female associate that helped me could make a fortune training others in customer service skills. Well done AT&T.

I love AT&T most definitely but I wouldn’t recommend this store. Everytime I visit this store I always have issue with waiting and customer service. Good luck to anyone who visit this store.
