I visited the Brentwood branch with my girlfriend on July 28th and had a wonderful experience buying a queen set for her. We were assisted by Brandon Perry, a regional manager, who was friendly, knowledgable, and kind and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was very patient and even offered me a refund when I found the bed that I had ordered by phone several days earlier being sold for $ 150 less in the store. Thank you Brandon! We were even given cold bottles of water while we waited for a quote. I highly recommend Mattressfirm and their Brentwood branch. Ask for Brandon if you go — he is a pleasure to work with.

I would stay away from this company!!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Delivered the wrong order — a mis-​matched set, queen box spring and full mattress (hello???). They took the box spring and kept the mattress and frame at the house and the killer is — it took them 3 weeks to pick it up. All this time they charged my cc and refused to credit it until the return was made!!! AWFUL PLACE!!!
