Very slow service staff was very unfriendly. It made me fell very unwelcome. More than likely going to avoid coming back to this burgerking

If you really really really had to go get some Whoppers, you better off coming here. Out of all the fast foods joints, this place has the best customer service. Ripely said«believe it or not?».

Despite the fact that it was the very busy lunch hour, only one register was open, although there were plenty of workers loitering around behind the counter. When I FINALLY got to the front of the line, I was informed that this particular location does not accept e-gift cards. Why exactly? I later went to the Burger King on Hampton, which ended up being nearly twenty cents cheaper for the same exact meal. I won’t be returning to the Brentwood one. If I’m in the area and I get hungry, I’ll just duck into the food court at the Galleria. I recommend the Burger King on Hampton, since it’s cheaper and has friendly employees.

I’ve been to this location a coupes of times, but only through the drive-thru. I always get fast friendly service, and my food is always hot and fresh. We’ll as fresh as fast good can get.

The drive thru is soooo sloooow and it’s 4pm. My burger was ice cold.

Occasionally I head to Burger King late night when nothing else but McDonald’s is open. I know that they aren’t in the back hand-molding veggie burgers. Obviously they are frozen which, unless you’re Dr. Praeger’s, is not a good thing. But I swear these are good. Homemade good? Heck no. But when I say I want double pickles, I get double pickles. When I say I want onions, ketchup, mayo, mustard, cheese, and no lettuce or tomato, every single time it’s come out that way. That’s the great thing about BK… the ability to customize. And not just the ability, but they ENCOURAGE it. I will never forget my fast food trips as a kid, ordering a bun with cheese because nothing was vegetarian. And it was always a huge ordeal too. «You know… like a grilled cheese?» People just couldn’t understand it. And, as a younger adult, I would hit up McDonald’s for a Big Mac with no meat, or some cheese rolls from Taco Bell(ok I still do that). But now I actually have OPTIONS. I’m not forced into grilled cheese land. And any fast food joint that thinks of people other than the chicken nugget, beefy taco, half lb burger eating type gets a giant gold star from me. Or 3. Oh, and that new french fry«coating» sounds like a code name from chemicals, but they do taste better. And you’re already eating at Burger King so… when in Rome…

My service in the drive-thru was nice today. Very friendly, and my order was accurate. This location, however, is just in dire need of a makeover. The parking lot and store look run-down, the drive-thru exits onto a 1-way street to nowhere(used to be a residential neighborhood that was torn down a couple years ago). While my service today was very nice(I think it was Sentoria), I remember times past when it was consistently bad. Thank goodness for the nice lady who helped me today.

My first fast-food experience in St. Louis was at this Burger King. I figured it wouldn’t be half bad since it’s in a nice neighborhood, and I was starving for some cheap-ass spicy chicken. This place was rough. Rough as in I thought I might be knifed while standing in line. Rough as in the cashiers looked like they might knife me since I added pickles to my sandwich. But instead of knifing me, they just didn’t add the pickles to my sandwich. Also it was dirty. There were about 10 empty tables and all of them were covered in sesame seeds and ketchup. Whatever; I won’t ever be back.
